离子型稀土矿体力学参数测试和临界注液强度计算

【摘要】:离子型稀土矿原地浸矿工艺的注液强度无统一规范,开采过程山体滑坡频发。研究矿体的力学参数、分布规律,并且将矿体力学参数和分布类型应用于矿山临界注液强度的计算,对原地浸矿工艺经济性和安全性有重要意义。基于统计规律测试土体力学参数具有测试结果准确和经济快捷等优点。在赣南某稀土矿山非等间距布置6个测点,共计18个测试孔,通过旁压试验和钻孔剪切试验测试了离子型稀土矿体的旁压模量、黏聚力、内摩擦角和极限压力等力学参数,运用经典统计学方法和地质学统计方法分析矿体力学参数的空间变异性。假设由18个测试孔的测试数据计算得到各力学参数为真值,若15%为工程可接受的误差,运用经典统计学方法分析和地质统计学方法分析最优测试尺度和点数。旁压试验记录的压力和位移关系结合有限法反分析得到矿体的邓肯-张模型参数。测试获得的矿体力学参数、地形参数,运用GeoStudio模拟出矿山临界注液强度。研究得到结果:1.试验矿块内矿体的黏聚力和旁压模量属于强变异,黏聚力的变异系数为0.48,旁压模量的变异系数为0.36;极限压力属于中等变异,变异系数0.21;内摩擦角属于弱变异性,其变异系数为0.067。2.对于试验矿块,在45 m范围内均匀布置5个测点,测试结果可有效估计矿体内黏聚力、旁压模量和极限压力的平均值和变异系数。3.矿体的邓肯-张模型参数是k=1331.7,n=2.775,r_f=0.516,k_b=563,m=0.154,c=22.2,φ=31.7。4.该离子型稀土矿山的临界注液强度为单个注液孔0.41m~3/d。
[Abstract]:The injection strength of ion type rare earth ore in situ leaching process is not uniform and the landslide occurs frequently during mining.It is of great significance to study the mechanical parameters and distribution law of orebody, and to apply the mechanical parameters and distribution types of orebody to the calculation of critical injection strength of mine, which is of great significance to the economy and safety of in-situ leaching process.The measurement of soil mechanical parameters based on statistical law has the advantages of accuracy and economy.In a rare earth mine in south Jiangxi Province, 6 measuring points with 18 test holes were arranged. The mechanical parameters such as pressure-pressure modulus, cohesion force, internal friction angle and limit pressure were measured by pressure-pressure test and borehole shear test.The spatial variability of mechanical parameters of ore body is analyzed by classical statistical method and geological statistical method.Assuming that the test data of 18 test holes are the true values of each mechanical parameter, if 15% is the acceptable error of engineering, the optimal test scale and number of points are analyzed by classical statistical method and geostatistical method.The relationship between pressure and displacement of the pressure-pressure test records is analyzed by the finite method. The Duncan-Chang model parameters of the orebody are obtained.The mechanical parameters and topographic parameters of ore body are measured and the critical liquid injection intensity of mine is simulated by GeoStudio.The result of the study is 1: 1.The cohesion and pressure-pressured modulus of ore bodies in the test block are strongly variable, the coefficient of variation of cohesion is 0.48, the coefficient of variation of modulus of pressure-pressure is 0.36, the coefficient of variation of limit pressure is moderate, the coefficient of variation is 0.21, and the coefficient of variation of internal friction angle is 0.067.2.For the test ore block, five measuring points are arranged evenly within 45 m. The results of the test can effectively estimate the average value and variation coefficient of the cohesion, the modulus of pressure-pressure and the limit pressure of the ore body, as well as the coefficient of variation.The Duncan-Chang model parameters of the orebody are as follows: K _ (1331.7N) ~ (2.775) ~ (?) ~ (?) ~ (?) _ _ _The critical liquid injection intensity of the ion rare earth mine is 0.41 m ~ (-1) m ~ (-1) 路d ~ (-1) 路d ~ (-1).
