上游式尾矿库颗粒沉积规律及坝体渗流场分析

【摘要】:以尹庄尾矿库为工程背景,通过现场沉积滩面及钻孔取样进行室内筛分试验、渗透试验,获得了上游式尾矿颗粒在库内沉积规律,建立了尾矿库概化地质模型,并通过三轴试验得到了概化模型中不同地层尾矿的应力应变关系;以测定的饱和含水量、残余含水量及饱和渗透系数及各尾矿颗粒级配曲线为基础,利用Fredlund-Xing模型获得了土-水特征曲线及渗流模型;以有效应力理论为依据,建立上游式尾矿库流-固耦合数学模型,对该库的应力场与渗流场进行分析,获得了坝体的应力场及孔隙压力的分布规律。研究成果可为尾矿库的设计、施工和安全生产提供技术支撑。
[Abstract]:Taking Yinzhuang tailing reservoir as engineering background, laboratory screening test and permeation test were carried out on the ground sediment beach surface and borehole sampling, and the deposition law of upstream tailings particles in the reservoir was obtained, and a geological model of tailings reservoir generalization was established. The stress-strain relationship of tailings in different strata in the generalized model is obtained by triaxial test, based on the measured saturated water content, residual water content, saturated permeability coefficient and gradation curve of each tailings. The soil-water characteristic curve and seepage model are obtained by using Fredlund-Xing model, the fluid-solid coupling mathematical model of upstream tailings reservoir is established based on the effective stress theory, and the stress field and seepage field of the reservoir are analyzed. The stress field and pore pressure distribution of the dam are obtained. The research results can provide technical support for the design, construction and safety production of tailings reservoir.
