新型Gemini含酯基阳离子捕收剂的浮选性能

【摘要】:以环氧氯丙烷、十二烷基二甲基叔胺及丁二酸为原料合成新型Gemini含酯基阳离子表面活性剂M-302B。以M-302B为捕收剂对石英和磁铁矿纯矿物进行浮选试验表明M-302B可用于石英和磁铁矿的浮选分离。以M-302B为捕收剂对酒钢选矿厂焙烧—磁选后的精矿进行浮选试验,结果表明,在矿浆p H=7、温度为25℃、苛性淀粉用量为400 g/t、M-302B用量为400 g/t条件下,可得到精矿铁品位为60.24%、回收率为82.19%,选矿效率为31.13%的指标。M-302B与十二胺浮选性能对比试验表明,相较于十二胺,M-302B捕收能力强、耐低温且产生泡沫易被消除。ζ电位测试和红外光谱分析表明,M-302B在石英表面的吸附机理主要为物理吸附和氢键作用。量子化学计算表明M-302B活性高于十二胺。
[Abstract]:A novel Gemini ester containing cationic surfactant M-302B was synthesized from epichlorohydrin, dodecyl dimethyl tertiary amine and succinic acid. The flotation experiments of quartz and magnetite with M-302B as collector show that M-302B can be used for flotation separation of quartz and magnetite. Using M-302B as collector, the flotation test of the concentrate after roasting and magnetic separation in Jiugang concentrator was carried out.
