强力约束小煤柱综采巷道围岩变形控制研究

【摘要】:在我国煤炭行业普遍采用留设煤柱的方法对受采动影响的巷道进行护巷,它是保证煤矿安全开采的一种比较可靠的方法,同时,也是建设高产、高效矿井的重要技术手段之一。从目前的应用情况来看,煤柱回采巷道对于留设宽度的确定、围岩变形控制与安全问题没有得到较好的解决。因此,开展强力约束小煤柱综采巷道围岩变形控制的研究有利于进一步推广煤柱护巷技术的发展,而且对于提高煤炭资源的开采率和保证煤巷安全具有重要的科学指导意义。本课题选择神华宁煤集团白芨沟煤矿进行研究,因为该矿区对于采用煤柱护巷进行开采的采煤方法刚刚普及,煤柱宽度都采用经验进行留设,不能确保巷道安全稳定与施工安全。因此,以白芨沟煤矿2621工作面为工程背景,对以下内容的进行研究:(1)现场通过勘察与收集资料,针对2621工作面的具体条件,提出煤柱宽度合理留设与巷道支护方案。(2)对于煤柱采用中空注浆锚索进行加固,提出了“锚杆+金属网+喷射混凝土+中空注浆锚索补强加固煤柱”的联合加固支护方案。(3)采用理论计算得出煤柱的弹性区与塑性区宽度,并运用FLAC3D软件分别模拟不同煤柱宽度条件下,巷道围岩的应力分布情况和巷道围岩位移变化规律。通过理论计算结果与模拟结果对比分析,最终确定白芨沟煤矿煤柱留设宽度为30m时较为合理。(3)通过现场监测结果表明,支护方案增加了煤柱的强度,能够保证巷道围岩的整体稳定性,保证生产安全。
[Abstract]:The method of retaining coal pillar to protect roadway affected by mining movement is widely used in the coal industry of our country. It is a more reliable method to ensure the safe mining of coal mine, and it is also one of the important technical means of constructing high yield and high efficiency mine. According to the current application situation, the problem of surrounding rock deformation control and safety has not been solved well for the determination of the retaining width of coal pillar mining roadway. Therefore, the study of surrounding rock deformation control in fully mechanized coal mining roadway with strong restraint is beneficial to the further development of roadway protection technology of coal pillar, and it has important scientific guiding significance to improve the mining rate of coal resources and ensure the safety of coal roadway. This topic chooses Shenhua Ning Coal Group Baijigou Coal Mine to carry on the research, because this mining area just popularizes the coal mining method which uses the coal pillar to protect the roadway to carry on the mining, the coal pillar width all uses the experience to carry on the design, Can not ensure the safety and stability of roadways and construction safety. Therefore, taking the 2621 face of Baijigou Coal Mine as the engineering background, this paper studies the following contents: (1) through surveying and collecting data, aiming at the concrete conditions of 2621 face, It is put forward that the coal pillar should be reasonably set up and supported by roadway. (2) the hollow grouting anchor cable is used to reinforce the coal pillar. In this paper, the combined reinforcement and support scheme of "bolting metal mesh shotcrete hollow grouting anchor cable strengthening and strengthening coal pillar" is put forward. The width of elastic and plastic zone of coal pillar is calculated by theoretical calculation. FLAC3D software is used to simulate the stress distribution of surrounding rock and the displacement of surrounding rock under different coal pillar width. Through the comparison and analysis of the theoretical calculation results and the simulation results, it is finally determined that the retaining width of coal pillar in Baijigou coal mine is more reasonable when the width of coal pillar is 30m. The field monitoring results show that the support scheme increases the strength of coal pillar. It can ensure the overall stability of roadway surrounding rock and the safety of production.
