驱动力对瓦斯水合分离效果影响

【摘要】:利用可视化搅拌式瓦斯水合分离实验装置,开展了4种驱动力下3种瓦斯气样水合分离实验,获得了水合分离速率、回收率、分配系数等目标参数。结果表明:驱动力由1 MPa提升至4 MPa的过程中,3种气样的水合分离速率分别由1.394×10~(-6),1.162×10~(-6),0.943×10~(-6)m~3/min递增至1.55×10~(-6),1.564×10~(-6),1.609×10~(-6)m~3/min;CH4分离浓度分别由85.89%,77.15%,71.15%递增至91.61%,81.72%,77.17%,CH4回收率分别由6.22%,6.75%,8.79%递增至10.13%,10.25%,11.39%;分配系数分别由1.10,1.17,1.23递增至1.21,1.26,1.33。分析认为,驱动力增大可以改善瓦斯水合分离效果,加快水合分离进程。
[Abstract]:In this paper, three kinds of gas sample hydration separation experiments were carried out under four kinds of driving forces using a visual agitated experimental device for gas hydration separation.
