基于台架试验的矿用电机车盘式制动器摩擦性能测试与研究

【摘要】:根据微凸理论分析了盘式制动器的摩擦机理,采用Link NVH台架测试台模拟出矿用电机车的长下坡匀速制动工况。在不同行驶速度条件下研究制动压力、温度对摩擦性能的影响,结果表明:制动器的平均摩擦系数随制动压力的增大而近似线性地减小,摩擦稳定系数在不同制动压力下均表现出较大的数值和较小的波动;平均摩擦系数随着温度的升高先增大后减小,当制动温度超过200℃时,刹车片内部将产生树脂润滑膜,使摩擦系数明显降低。
[Abstract]:According to the theory of micro-convex, the friction mechanism of disc brake is analyzed, and the long downhill constant speed braking condition of mine electric locomotive is simulated by Link NVH bench. The effects of braking pressure and temperature on friction performance are studied under different driving speeds. The results show that the average friction coefficient of brake decreases linearly with the increase of brake pressure. The friction stability coefficient shows larger value and smaller fluctuation under different braking pressure, and the average friction coefficient increases first and then decreases with the increase of temperature.
