瓦斯发电余热利用项目中管壳式换热器的设计

【摘要】:利用ASPEN EDR软件设计管壳式换热器能省去大量的手工计算过程,提高换热器设计者的效率。以低浓度瓦斯发电项目余热利用局部工艺为例,叙述了使用ASPEN EDR软件设计和校核管壳式换热器的通用方法。由于热流介质是具有爆炸危险性的低浓度煤层气,该换热器除了满足换热、压降等一般要求外,还必须采取抑阻爆措施来保证换热器的安全性。
[Abstract]:Using ASPEN EDR software to design shell and tube heat exchanger can save a lot of manual calculation process and improve the efficiency of heat exchanger designer. Taking the local process of waste heat utilization in low concentration gas power generation project as an example, a general method for designing and checking tube and shell heat exchangers using ASPEN EDR software is described. Since the heat flow medium is a low concentration coal bed methane with explosive danger, the heat exchanger must not only meet the general requirements of heat transfer and pressure drop, but also take measures to prevent explosion to ensure the safety of the heat exchanger.
