【摘要】:由于钢丝绳芯输送带具有抗冲击性好、拉伸强度大、使用伸长小、寿命长、成槽性和耐曲挠性好等优点,被广泛用于煤矿、建材、物流、冶金等各行各业。在矿用钢丝绳芯带式输送系统中,一条完整的钢丝绳芯输送带通常是由若干段皮带经过搭接、硫化而成的,因此输送带的接头部分是整个运输系统的薄弱环节,它将直接影响到整个运输系统的安全运行和使用寿命。为了及时发现事故隐患,确保输送带的安全运行,接头位置的无损检测便显得尤为重要。本文通过实地考察现有钢丝绳芯输送带监测系统,在分析上传的皮带图像的特征的基础上,提出了一种基于纹理编码的钢丝绳芯输送带接头检测方法,得到了图像中每一行的钢丝绳根数,根据接头的限定条件,找出了一组接头检测的最佳参数,准确地寻找出输送带的接头图像,利用寻找特定接头的方法对检测图像进行排序,使其与实际接头相对应,并通过Harris角点检测技术用检测出来的一系列角点标记出了接头部分的搭接线。通过大量的实验以及实际应用,证明该方法具有检测精度高、实时性强等特点。特别是对于修补较少、带况良好的钢丝绳芯输送带,接头的检测精度可达到100%。
[Abstract]:Because of the advantages of good impact resistance, high tensile strength, small service elongation, long service life, good grooving and flexural resistance, steel wire core conveyor belt has been widely used in coal mine, building materials, logistics, metallurgy and other industries. In the belt conveyer system of mine wire rope core, a complete steel rope core conveyor belt is usually made of several pieces of belt which are overlaid and vulcanized, so the joint part of the conveyer belt is the weak link of the whole transportation system. It will directly affect the safe operation and service life of the whole transportation system. In order to find the hidden trouble in time and ensure the safe operation of the conveyor belt, the nondestructive testing of the joint position is particularly important. In this paper, based on the analysis of the features of the belt image uploaded, a method of detecting the joint of the steel rope core conveyor belt based on texture coding is put forward, which is based on the field investigation of the existing monitoring system of the steel rope core conveyor belt. The number of wire rope roots in each row of the image is obtained. According to the limited conditions of the joint, the best parameters of joint detection are found, and the joint image of the conveyor belt is found accurately, and the detection image is sorted by the method of finding a specific joint. It corresponds to the actual joint, and the lap connection of the joint is marked with a series of corner points detected by Harris corner detection technology. Through a large number of experiments and practical applications, it is proved that this method has the characteristics of high detection precision and strong real-time performance. Especially for the steel rope conveyor belt with less repair and good condition, the detection accuracy of the joint can reach 100.
