分层开采底分层工作面覆岩运移规律及控制研究

【摘要】:厚煤层分层开采过程中,底分层工作面的矿压显现与一般的长壁工作面有着明显的不同,工作面覆岩受到两次采动影响,工作面前方煤体容易片帮,顶板易冒顶,工作面的顶板管理比较困难,研究分层开采底分层工作面覆岩运移及控制和矿压显现规律,为分层工作面的开采提供理论指导和依据。潘北煤矿11111底分层工作面顶板分为实体煤顶板和采空区顶板两种条件,通过理论分析,揭示工作面的顶板结构特征和力学特征,分析了上分层工作面开采对下分层的影响,实体煤顶板条件下和采空区顶板条件下支架的压力计算公式;通过数值模拟,对不同顶板条件下,覆岩裂隙发育与顶板破断规律、采动应力的变化特点和支架工作压力进行分析;通过对现场的矿压观测、工作面直接顶在初采期间的冒落情况,对比分析采空区顶板条件下和实体煤顶板条件下煤壁片帮情况,分析工作面支架来压判据,确定工作面初采期间工作面的来压步距,通过对工作面超前煤体应力观测,分析工作面不同顶板情况下超前支承压力分布规律。研究结果得出,实体煤顶板条件下工作面回采与一般单一煤层开采矿压规律一致;采空区顶板条件下工作面受上分层开采影响,煤体破坏严重,工作面支架静载荷大,工作面覆岩"三带高度"明显高于实体煤顶板条件下的"三带高度"。
[Abstract]:In the process of stratified mining in thick coal seam, the rock pressure of the bottom stratified working face is obviously different from that of the general longwall working face. The overburden of the working face is affected by two mining processes, the coal body in front of the face is easy to slice the roof, and the roof is prone to roof fall. It is difficult to manage the roof of the working face. To study the movement and control of the overburden and the law of the rock pressure appearance in the stratified working face at the bottom of the stratified mining face provide theoretical guidance and basis for the mining of the stratified working face. The roof of 11111 bottom stratified face in Panbei coal mine can be divided into solid coal roof and goaf roof. Through theoretical analysis, the roof structure characteristics and mechanical characteristics of the working face are revealed, and the influence of mining on the lower stratification is analyzed. The calculation formula of support pressure under solid coal roof condition and goaf roof condition, through numerical simulation, the law of overburden crack development and roof breaking under different roof conditions, The variation characteristics of mining stress and the working pressure of the support are analyzed, through the observation of the mine pressure in the field, the caving situation of the face directly top during the initial mining, the coal wall and the roof under the condition of the roof in the goaf and the solid coal roof are compared and analyzed. Based on the analysis of the working face support pressure criterion and the determination of the pressure step distance of the working face during the initial mining, the distribution law of the leading supporting pressure under different roof conditions of the working face is analyzed by observing the stress of the coal body in the working face ahead of time. The results show that the mining pressure of the working face under the solid coal roof condition is the same as that of the general single coal seam mining, the working face under the condition of goaf roof is affected by the upper layer mining, the coal body is destroyed seriously, and the static load of the support in the working face is large. The height of "three zones" of overlying face is obviously higher than that of "three zones" under the condition of solid coal roof.
