矿用带式输送机自动化巡检装置研究及应用

【摘要】:在矿山生产中,带式输送机作为重要的运输设备,应用十分广泛,但由于煤矿井下运输巷道内环境条件恶劣,在长期运行过程中,会经常发生各类事故,存在极大事故隐患,例如带面断带、带面纵撕、胶带跑偏、胶带打滑、火灾等,因此对皮带机运行过程的全线监控非常重要。传统的监控方式通常采用人工巡检或安装固定摄像头定点监视,这两种方式都存在一定弊端:人工巡查浪费人力、效率低下,并且恶劣条件对人身安全存在威胁;固定摄像头定点监视的范围有限,需要在运输沿线布置大量摄像头,不仅图像切换、监视、存储任务量大,而且布线多、功耗大、维护任务艰巨,综合效率低下。降低工人劳动强度和劳动风险、减少用工数量,已成为各单位迫切需要解决的问题,也是行业发展趋势。另外,带式输送机日常检修受限于安装巷道尺寸,检修所需的备品备件只能通过人工向故障点运输,对于大型且运输距离较长的带式输送机而言,备品备件尺寸和重量均较大,人工长距离运输非常困难,劳动强度大、有效检修时间短,导致检修效率极低,大大延长了带式输送机故障时间。因此,如何改善工人劳动环境、提升检修效率、有效缩短带式输送机故障时间,也是带式输送机智能化发展过程中需解决的重要问题之一。作者完成的主要工作如下:(1)完成自动巡检装置的结构设计和搭载设备选型。基于SolidWorks进行三维建模,利用ANSYS对驱动机构进行有限元仿真分析。(2)完成充电器闭锁装置的设计。(3)完成数据采集系统及控制系统的设计。轨道式自动巡检装置系统软件根据功能可将程序划分为4部分,分别为音视频控制程序、巡检装置本体行走控制程序、温度烟雾数据采集与分析程序和数据存储与传输。(4)完成利用井下4G无线通讯系统实现自动巡检装置的信息传输。通过在自动巡检装置运行的区域设置核心基站及分站,实现运行区域无线网络全覆盖,通过自动巡检装置自带的交换机和无线终端实现与无线网络通讯。(5)完成了自动巡检装置的现场调试试验。本文根据龙王沟煤矿建设目标,结合煤炭企业生产的实际情况,探讨带式输送机安全、高效巡检和检修的方法。主要通过对带式输送机日常运行监控、巡检、检修方式的分析,利用机器人及检修缆车技术,以数字化矿山技术为基础,设计完成带式输送机自动巡检装置,并用生产实际验证实施效果,实现龙王沟煤矿带式输送机少人无人、安全高效的生产目标。
[Abstract]:Belt conveyor, as an important transportation equipment, is widely used in mine production. However, due to the poor environment in the underground transportation roadway of coal mine, various accidents often occur in the long-term operation process, and there are great hidden dangers of accidents. For example, belt break, belt longitudinal tear, belt deviation, tape slip, fire and so on, so it is very important to monitor the whole line of belt machine running process. The traditional monitoring methods usually use manual inspection or fixed camera fixed point surveillance. These two methods have some disadvantages: manual inspection is a waste of manpower, low efficiency, and bad conditions threaten the personal safety; Because of the limited range of fixed camera fixed point surveillance, a large number of cameras need to be arranged along the transportation line. Not only the image switching, monitoring, storage tasks, but also more wiring, large power consumption, difficult maintenance task, low comprehensive efficiency. Reducing the labor intensity and risk of workers and reducing the number of employed workers has become an urgent problem to be solved by all units, and is also the development trend of the industry. In addition, the daily maintenance of belt conveyor is limited by the size of the installation roadway, the spare parts needed for maintenance can only be transported manually to the fault point. For the large belt conveyor with long transportation distance, the size and weight of spare parts are large. The manual long distance transportation is very difficult, the labor intensity is large, the effective overhaul time is short, the maintenance efficiency is extremely low, and the fault time of belt conveyor is greatly prolonged. Therefore, how to improve the working environment of workers, improve the efficiency of maintenance, effectively shorten the failure time of belt conveyor, is also one of the important problems to be solved in the process of intelligent development of belt conveyor. The main work accomplished by the author is as follows: 1) completing the structural design of the automatic inspection device and the selection of the loading equipment. The 3D modeling based on SolidWorks and the finite element simulation analysis of the drive mechanism with ANSYS. (2) the design of the locking device of the charger and the design of the data acquisition system and the control system are completed. According to the function, the system software of track type automatic inspection device can divide the program into four parts, which are audio and video control program, patrol device body walking control program, etc. Temperature smoke data acquisition and analysis program and data storage and transmission. 4) the use of underground 4G wireless communication system to realize the automatic inspection device information transmission. By setting core base stations and sub-stations in the area where the automatic inspection device operates, the wireless network in the running area can be fully covered. The field debugging test of the automatic patrol device is completed through the exchange and wireless terminal of the automatic inspection device and the communication with the wireless network. According to the construction target of Longwanggou coal mine and the actual production situation of coal enterprises, this paper discusses the methods of safety, high efficiency inspection and maintenance of belt conveyer. Based on the digital mine technology, the automatic inspection and inspection device of belt conveyor is designed based on the analysis of daily operation monitoring, inspection and inspection of belt conveyor, and the use of robot and maintenance cable car technology. The practical application effect is verified and the production target of belt conveyer in Longwanggou coal mine is realized, which has fewer people and less people and is safe and efficient.
