景福矿动压巷道合理区段煤柱宽度与围岩稳定控制研究

【摘要】:本论文以景福矿一采区双巷布置工作面为工程背景,通过采用FLAC3D数值模拟方法对实体煤双巷掘进期间和两次工作面回采期间的不同宽度煤柱围岩应力和塑性区分布进行研究,得到了双巷布置工作面合理的区段煤柱宽度,采用理论分析和数值模拟研究相结合的方法,提出了动压巷道围岩控制技术,确定了15101回风顺槽和15201进风顺槽的锚杆(索)支护参数及补强方案。并在景福矿工程实践中得到了成功应用,取得了如下研究成果:(1)利用数值模拟方法分析了双巷布置工作面巷道在不同宽度区段煤柱时,分别经历双巷掘进相互影响阶段、一次回采阶段和二次回采阶段这三个阶段的采动影响下,巷道围岩的应力和塑性区分布情况,综合考虑这三个阶段的应力和塑性区分布规律,最终确定合理的区段煤柱宽度为7m。(2)在合理宽度区段煤柱条件下,采用理论方法对动压巷道的稳定性进行研究,分析了15201进风顺槽在巷道掘进、两次工作面回采以及时间等因素的影响下,动压巷道围岩受力特征和变形演化规律,提出了围岩加卸载原理,为围岩的控制技术提供理论依据。(3)通过对动压巷道围岩受力特征和变形规律的研究,基于锚杆支护对破碎煤岩体力学性能良好改善作用,且能够很好的适应巷道围岩大变形的特点,确定采用高强、高预应力的锚杆(索)支护体系,运用锚杆支护动态系统设计方法,采用数值模拟分析方法结合景福矿具体生产地质条件确定合理的巷道支护参数,同时,通过对15101工作面采动应力规律的分析,确定了相应的加强支护方案。(4)上述研究成果在景福矿15201工作面获得了成功应用,并为以后类似条件下的矿井生产提供了参考和依据。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the distribution of surrounding rock stress and plastic zone of different widths of surrounding rock of coal pillar during driving and twice mining of solid coal double roadway is studied by using FLAC3D numerical simulation method, taking the double roadway layout in the first mining area of Jingfu Coal Mine as the engineering background. The reasonable section pillar width of double roadway layout face is obtained. By combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, the control technology of dynamic pressure roadway surrounding rock is put forward. The bolting parameters and reinforcement scheme of the 15101 return air trench and 15201 inlet wind channel are determined. It has been successfully applied in Jingfu mine engineering practice, and has obtained the following research results: 1) using numerical simulation method to analyze the interaction stage of double-roadway tunneling in different width sections of coal pillar. Under the influence of the first and second mining stages, the distribution of stress and plastic zone in surrounding rock of roadway is considered synthetically, and the distribution of stress and plastic zone in these three stages is considered synthetically. Finally, it is determined that the reasonable section pillar width is 7m.m-2) under the condition of reasonable width coal pillar, the stability of dynamic pressure roadway is studied by theoretical method. Under the influence of mining and time, the stress characteristics and deformation evolution of surrounding rock in dynamic pressure roadway are analyzed, and the loading and unloading principle of surrounding rock is put forward. Based on the study of the mechanical characteristics and deformation law of surrounding rock in dynamic pressure roadway, based on the good improvement of mechanical properties of broken coal and rock mass by bolting support, this paper provides a theoretical basis for the control technology of surrounding rock. And it can adapt to the characteristics of large deformation of roadway surrounding rock, and adopt the high strength and high prestress bolt (cable) support system, and use the dynamic system design method of bolt support. The reasonable supporting parameters of roadway are determined by using numerical simulation analysis method combined with the concrete geological conditions of Jingfu Mine. At the same time, through the analysis of mining stress law of 15101 face, The above research results have been successfully applied in 15201 face of Jingfu Coal Mine, and have provided reference and basis for mine production under similar conditions in the future.
