伊泰集团发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着时代的发展和变迁,人类经济社会对资源的需求和依赖程度越来越高。这就导致资源与环境这样的对立矛盾越发尖锐,人类可持续发展的未来受到了严重的挑战。为人类社会发展寻找出一条可持续、环境优化的发展新思路,使资源与环境的发展矛盾不再对立,人们的生活水平和环境优化可以持续,这已经成为当前全球各个国家所普遍关注的热点问题。煤炭资源是宝贵的不可再生资源,世界工业革命都是依赖煤炭资源进行推动的,煤炭工业企业自新中国成立以来为我国经济建设、社会事业发展做出了巨大的贡献。可以说,当今世界发展格局来看,煤炭能源仍然是世界主导能源之一,长时间内的重要地位是其他能源所无法取代的。我国煤炭企业的健康发展关乎到我国经济社会的可持续发展前途,关乎我国能源安全和经济安全。2012年是煤炭行业的转折点,煤炭行业的“黄金时代”就此落幕,发展逐渐陷入困境,主要经营指标均呈现下滑态势,企业利润大幅锐减,甚至出现全行业亏损面超过90%的局面。2016年国务院出台了煤炭行业“去产能”政策,未来3-5年减少煤炭产量和煤矿数量。因此,对于煤炭企业来说,如何积极的面对活力逐渐降低的市场,又当如何及时止损提升利润是现在所面临的重要挑战。在积极调升自身发展的同时,更要兼顾我国产能调整政策,主动承担市场调控责任,因此煤炭企业必须及时的调整自身市场发展战略,结合实际需要探索新的发展模式。本文以伊泰集团为研究对象,运用发展战略、企业战略管理理论等相关理论,对伊泰集团所处的外部和内部环境进行了详尽的分析,论述了伊泰集团企业转型、产业升级必要性。在此基础上,通过SWOT分析法对伊泰集团进行分析,找出企业在发展过程中面临外部的机会与威胁,自身内部的优势和劣势,再结合企业的定位及发展目标,最终确定适合伊泰集团的发展战略,即以煤炭产业为基础的多元化发展战略和一体化战略,并提出了实施建议和保障措施。本文立足于伊泰集团实际,具有较强的实践性,对伊泰集团的可持续发展具有一定的现实指导意义,同时对其它大型煤炭企业发展战略的制定与实施提供一些参考。
[Abstract]:With the development and change of the times, the demand and dependence of human economy and society on resources are becoming higher and higher. As a result, the contradiction between resources and environment becomes more and more acute, and the future of human sustainable development is seriously challenged. To find a new way of sustainable and environmental optimization for the development of human society, so that the contradiction between the development of resources and the environment is no longer in opposition, people's living standards and environmental optimization can be sustainable. This has become the current global various countries are generally concerned about the hot issue. Coal resources are precious non-renewable resources, the world industrial revolution is driven by coal resources, coal industry enterprises have made great contributions to the economic construction and social development of our country since the founding of new China. It can be said that the current world development pattern, coal energy is still one of the world's leading energy, the important position in a long period of time can not be replaced by other energy. The healthy development of coal enterprises in China relates to the future of sustainable economic and social development, energy security and economic security of our country. 2012 was the turning point of the coal industry, and the "golden age" of the coal industry ended. Development has gradually fallen into difficulties, major business indicators have all shown a downward trend, profits of enterprises have fallen sharply, and even more than 90 percent of the industry has lost money. In 2016, the State Council issued a policy of "deproductivity" in the coal industry. Reduce coal production and coal production over the next 3-5 years. Therefore, for coal enterprises, how to actively face the declining vitality of the market, and how to stop the loss in time to improve profits is now an important challenge. At the same time, we should pay more attention to our country's production capacity adjustment policy and take the responsibility of market regulation and control. Therefore, coal enterprises must adjust their own market development strategy in time and explore new development model in combination with the actual needs. This paper takes the Yitai Group as the research object, uses the development strategy, the enterprise strategic management theory and so on related theories, has carried on the detailed analysis to the Itay group's external and internal environment, has discussed the Yitai group enterprise transformation, The necessity of industrial upgrading. On this basis, through the SWOT analysis to the Yitai Group analysis, find out the enterprise in the development process facing external opportunities and threats, their own internal strengths and weaknesses, and then combined with the positioning and development objectives of the enterprise. Finally, the development strategy suitable for Yitai Group is determined, that is, the diversified development strategy and integration strategy based on the coal industry, and puts forward some suggestions and safeguard measures. Based on the reality of Yitai Group, this paper has a strong practicality, which has a certain practical significance for the sustainable development of Yitai Group, and provides some references for the formulation and implementation of the development strategy of other large coal enterprises.
