超细砂煤矿充填料配合比设计及力学性能试验研究

【摘要】:随着国民经济的不断发展及人类对煤炭资源需求量的增大,为了解决建筑物下面、道路下面、水体下面(简称“三下”)压煤问题,煤矿开采技术也遇到了新的挑战。由于传统的煤矿开采技术成本高、效率低、资源浪费严重,且不能有效控制地表沉陷,目前国内外发展了许多充填开采法。由于煤矿充填采用泵送技术,要求充填料具有良好的流动性,初凝时间要求不低于2h,终凝时间6~8h,为了保证充填体对上覆岩层起到有效的支撑作用,确保安全有效的充填,充填体强度要满足要求。本试验以黄河库区淤积超细砂、粉煤灰、42.5级普通硅酸盐水泥以及三种外加剂为原料制备满足要求的煤矿充填材料,研究其最佳配合比,并研究充填体的力学性能。试验主要研究充填料基本性能的影响因素,利用正交表安排试验,根据充填开采技术对充填料的要求,研究水泥掺量、粉煤灰掺量、料浆质量浓度、减水剂掺量、激发剂掺量、促凝剂掺量等因素对充填料坍落度、初凝时间、终凝时间、充填体28天抗压强度等指标的影响。通过正交试验的结果分析,得出了6个因素对充填料三种指标的影响规律,以及各因素水平变化对三个试验指标的影响趋势。还对试验结果进行了方差分析。通过充填料配合比的优化,确定出最优配合比为水泥掺量400kg/m3、粉煤灰掺量400kg/m3、料浆质量浓度80%、减水剂掺量10kg/m3、激发剂掺量10kg/m3、促凝剂掺量100 kg/m3。然后利用SPSS软件对充填料浆坍落度(x)与料浆稠度(y)之间做回归分析,得出料浆坍落度与砂浆稠度值高度正相关,相关系数为0.946,经过线性回归分析,得出两个变量之间回归方程为y=0.3x+2.877,回归效果显著。研究充填体抗压强度、劈拉强度、抗折强度以及弹性模量等力学性能。进行抗压强度(x)与弹性模量(y)的相关性分析,得出充填体抗压强度与弹性模量之间存在高度正相关的关系。
[Abstract]:With the development of national economy and the increasing demand for coal resources, coal mining technology has met new challenges in order to solve the problem of coal compaction under buildings, roads and water bodies. Because the traditional coal mining technology has high cost, low efficiency, serious waste of resources, and can not effectively control the surface subsidence, many filling mining methods have been developed at home and abroad. Because the pumping technology is used in coal mine filling, the filling material is required to have good fluidity, the initial setting time is not less than 2 hours, and the final setting time is 6 ~ 8 hours. In order to ensure that the filling body plays an effective supporting role on the overlying strata and ensures the safe and effective filling, The strength of the filling body should meet the requirements. In this experiment, coal mine filling materials were prepared by using silt superfine sand, fly ash 42.5 grade Portland cement and three admixtures as raw materials to study the optimum mixture ratio and the mechanical properties of the filling body. The experiment mainly studies the influence factors of the basic properties of the filling material. According to the requirements of the filling mining technology, the content of cement, the amount of fly ash, the mass concentration of slurry, the amount of water reducer, the amount of activator are studied according to the requirements of backfill mining technology. The effects of coagulant content on slump, initial setting time, final setting time and 28 days compressive strength of filling material. Through the analysis of the results of orthogonal test, the influence law of six factors on the three indexes of filling material and the influence trend of each factor level on the three test indexes were obtained. The variance analysis of the test results is also carried out. Through the optimization of filling mixture ratio, the optimum mix ratio was determined as cement content 400 kg / m 3, fly ash 400 kg / m 3, slurry mass concentration 80, water reducer 10 kg / m 3, activator 10 kg / m 3, coagulant 100 kg / m 3. Then the regression analysis was made between the slump of filling slurry (x) and the consistency of slurry (y) by using SPSS software. The results showed that the slump of slurry was highly correlated with the consistency of mortar, the correlation coefficient was 0.946, and the linear regression analysis was carried out. The regression equation between the two variables is 0.3x 2.877, and the effect of regression is remarkable. The compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, flexural strength and elastic modulus were studied. The correlation between compressive strength (x) and elastic modulus (y) is analyzed and a highly positive correlation between compressive strength and elastic modulus is obtained.
