煤泥离心过滤脱水的滤饼渗流规律研究

【摘要】:本文针对煤泥离心过滤滤饼结构及渗流规律研究现状,分析了离心过滤滤饼层的颗粒分布、孔隙分布及阻力分布规律;探讨了离心过滤渗流规律;探索了离心过滤与加压协同作用下滤饼脱水极限。首先,基于离心沉降的原理,对煤泥离心过滤滤饼形成过程中的液相流动和固体沉降行为进行了分析,揭示了离心过滤中固体颗粒沉降和液体压力的分布规律。其次,设计开发了煤泥离心过滤脱水工艺试验装置,在煤泥离心过滤成饼规律研究的基础上,对不同条件下形成的滤饼进行径向分层,分析其粒度分布,揭示了离心过滤滤饼层的颗粒粒度沿滤饼厚度方向的分布规律,探讨了粒度分布对滤饼孔隙结构及阻力分布的影响机制。然后,基于毛细管模型探讨了离心过滤过程的饱和渗流及非饱和渗流特征,并对影响离心过滤过程液体渗流的主导因素进行了分析。最后,开展了离心过滤与气体加压脱水试验,研究了离心过滤与加压作用下脱水效果,探讨了气体穿流作用对毛细孔隙水流动的影响机制,揭示了煤泥离心过滤与气体加压作用及滤饼脱水极限之间的关系。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the particle distribution, pore distribution and resistance distribution of centrifugal filter cake layer are analyzed according to the present situation of research on the structure and percolation law of centrifugal filter cake, and the seepage law of centrifugal filtration is discussed. The dehydration limit of filter cake under the synergistic action of centrifugal filtration and pressure was explored. Firstly, based on the principle of centrifugal sedimentation, the liquid phase flow and solid settlement behavior during the formation of coal slime filter cake are analyzed, and the distribution of solid particle sedimentation and liquid pressure in centrifugal filtration is revealed. Secondly, the experimental equipment of coal slime centrifugal filtration and dehydration process is designed and developed. On the basis of the study of cake forming law of coal slime centrifugal filtration, the filter cake formed under different conditions is sliced in radial direction, and its particle size distribution is analyzed. The distribution of particle size along the thickness of filter cake is revealed, and the influence mechanism of particle size distribution on pore structure and resistance distribution of filter cake is discussed. Then, based on the capillary model, the characteristics of saturated and unsaturated percolation in centrifuge filtration process are discussed, and the main factors affecting liquid seepage in centrifugal filtration process are analyzed. Finally, the experiments of centrifugal filtration and gas pressure dehydration were carried out, and the effect of centrifugal filtration and pressure on dehydration was studied, and the influence mechanism of gas flow on capillary pore water flow was discussed. The relationship between the centrifugal filtration of coal slime and the pressure of gas and the dehydration limit of filter cake is revealed.
