煤矿矿工敬业度与不安全行为关系研究

【摘要】:我国煤矿安全事故多发,大量统计结果表明,每年由于人因失误而引发的各类煤矿安全事故比率高达80%以上。近年来,研究发现,员工敬业度对工作绩效产生直接影响,而煤矿矿工不安全行为是工作绩效的一部分,因此,针对煤矿矿工进行敬业度和不安全行为关系的研究很有必要。但是,目前关于煤矿敬业度和不安全行为关系的研究还未有学者涉及,鉴于此,本文通过对煤矿矿工敬业度与其不安全行为的关系研究,从敬业度角度找出影响不安全行为产生的人为因素,希望对我国煤矿安全管理起到一定的现实作用。 本文在结合敬业度和不安全行为相关文献综述和相关理论的基础上,设计出了敬业度和不安全行为负相关关系的概念模型,并对敬业度和不安全行为的维度进行了界定。敬业度包括工作投入、组织认同和工作价值感3个维度;不安全行为是单一维度。然后通过问卷调查获得了244份有效问卷,并运用SPSS软件对调查所得数据进行了信度分析、效度分析、探索性因子分析、一般性描述统计、方差分析、相关性分析和回归分析。通过信度、效度分析验证了问卷结构和内部一致性信度的合理性;通过方差分析可以看出年龄、学历、工龄对敬业度和不安全行为的影响少部分呈现显著性差异,而婚姻状况对敬业度和不安全行为均无显著影响;通过相关性分析,可以看出矿工敬业度及其三个维度和不安全行为呈现负相关关系,矿工敬业度和不安全行为的Pearson相关系数为-0.563;通过回归分析,验证了矿工敬业度的提升有助于其不安全行为减少的因果关系。最后针对上述数据分析提出了有针对性的决策建议,煤矿管理者在进行安全管理时,要建立矿工敬业度测评管理体系和不安全行为测评管理体系,不但应提升矿工的整体敬业度,而且要有选择性、有侧重性的提升矿工敬业度的各个维度,减少矿工的不安全行为,预防煤矿安全事故的发生 本文的创新点是:以煤矿矿工为研究对象,对其敬业度和不安全行为的关系进行研究,对敬业度来讲,是从新的领域对其进行扩展研究;对不安全行为来讲,是以新的视角来获取矿工不安全行为的影响因素,是以一个新的思路来减少矿工的不安全行为,防止煤矿事故的发生。
[Abstract]:There are frequent coal mine safety accidents in China. A large number of statistical results show that the rate of all kinds of coal mine safety accidents caused by human error is as high as 80% or more every year. In recent years, it has been found that employee engagement has a direct impact on job performance, and unsafe behavior of coal miners is a part of job performance. Therefore, it is necessary to study the relationship between engagement and unsafe behavior of coal miners. However, there is no research on the relationship between engagement and unsafe behavior in coal mines. In view of this, the relationship between engagement and unsafe behavior of coal miners is studied in this paper. In order to find out the human factors that influence unsafe behavior from the angle of engagement, it is hoped that it will play a practical role in coal mine safety management in China. Based on the literature review and related theories of engagement and unsafe behavior, this paper designs a conceptual model of negative correlation between engagement and unsafe behavior, and defines the dimensions of engagement and unsafe behavior. Engagement includes three dimensions: work engagement, organizational identity and work value; unsafe behavior is a single dimension. Then 244 valid questionnaires were obtained by questionnaire, and the reliability analysis, validity analysis, exploratory factor analysis, general descriptive statistics, variance analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were carried out with SPSS software. Through reliability and validity analysis, the rationality of questionnaire structure and internal consistency reliability was verified, and the influence of age, education, length of service on engagement and unsafe behavior was found to be significantly different through variance analysis. However, marital status had no significant influence on engagement and unsafe behavior. Through correlation analysis, we can see that miner engagement and its three dimensions have negative correlation with unsafe behavior. The correlation coefficient of Pearson between miners' engagement and unsafe behavior was -0.563.Through regression analysis, it was proved that the increase of miners' engagement would contribute to the causality of the decrease of unsafe behavior. Finally, according to the above data analysis, the paper puts forward some pertinent decision suggestions. Coal mine managers should establish the management system of miner engagement evaluation and unsafe behavior evaluation and management while carrying out safety management. It is necessary not only to enhance the overall engagement of miners, but also to improve the dimensions of miner engagement selectively and emphatically, to reduce the unsafe behavior of miners and to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents in coal mines. The innovation of this paper is: to study the relationship between engagement and unsafe behavior in coal mine miners, to expand the research on engagement from new fields, to study unsafe behavior, to study the relationship between engagement and unsafe behavior, and to study the relationship between engagement and unsafe behavior. It is to obtain the influencing factors of miners' unsafe behavior from a new angle of view, to reduce the unsafe behavior of miners with a new way of thinking, and to prevent the occurrence of coal mine accidents.
