LDHs复合阻化剂对煤阻化性能的试验研究

【摘要】:为了降低神府煤的自燃危险性,采用原位共沉淀法制备了锌镁铝水滑石粉状复合阻化剂,将其与神府矿区长焰煤种按比例进行机械混合制成阻化煤样。利用热重/差示扫描量热仪-傅里叶变换红外光谱仪联用技术对阻化煤样进行分析表明,热重(TG)曲线各特征温度点比原煤总体上滞后,煤着火点提高,阻化剂混合量达到煤样的20%时,滞后现象明显,放热峰温度从135℃升高到560℃,峰面积明显降低,说明锌镁铝水滑石粉状复合阻化剂多级吸热抑制了煤氧化。傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)图谱显示,加入阻化剂煤样CO释放量明显减少,因此锌镁铝水滑石粉状复合阻化剂对神府煤的阻化效果明显。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the danger of spontaneous combustion of Shenfu coal, zinc, magnesium, aluminum and water talc powder were prepared by in-situ coprecipitation method. The thermogravimetric / differential scanning calorimeter combined with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was used to analyze the coal samples. The results showed that the characteristic temperature points of TG curve were lagged behind those of raw coal, and the ignition point of coal increased. When the mixture amount of inhibitor reaches 20% of coal sample, the hysteresis phenomenon is obvious, the exothermic peak temperature rises from 135 鈩,
