蛇纹石对硼镁石浮选的影响

【摘要】:针对蛇纹石易恶化硼镁石浮选环境的问题,通过浮选试验研究了不同粒度蛇纹石及矿物量配比对硼镁石浮选效果的影响.试验结果表明:浮选过程中蛇纹石与硼镁石颗粒间易发生相互作用,随着矿样中蛇纹石含量增加及蛇纹石粒度减小,硼镁石回收率逐渐下降,并且细粒级蛇纹石对硼镁石回收率影响更为明显,能显著降低硼镁石回收率.结合矿物zeta电位的测定及DLVO理论计算,对溶液中矿物颗粒间作用机理进行了分析,表明矿物表面电性差异是矿物颗粒间相互作用的根本原因.
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that serpentine can easily deteriorate the flotation environment of boromite, the effect of different particle sizes of serpentine and mineral ratio on the flotation effect of boron magnesia was studied by flotation experiments. The experimental results show that the interaction between serpentine and boramite particles is easy to occur during flotation. With the increase of serpentine content and the decrease of serpentine particle size, the recovery rate of boron magnesite decreases gradually. The effect of fine serpentine on the recovery of borite is more obvious, and the recovery rate of boramite can be significantly reduced. Combined with the determination of mineral zeta potential and the calculation of DLVO theory, the interaction mechanism of mineral particles in solution is analyzed. It is shown that the difference of mineral surface electrical properties is the fundamental reason for the interaction between mineral particles.
