【摘要】:针对锡林浩特萤石矿实际生产中存在的采矿难度大,安全条件差,生产效率低等问题,提出了多作业面同时掘进、覆岩放矿+废石充填的高端壁无底柱分段崩落法开采方案。给出了适合该类矿体的崩矿参数,通过地表监测及室内试验研究塌陷坑边壁岩移的变化规律,提出协同排岩充填的方法,增强边壁与散体堆的稳定性,并依此在锡市萤石矿试验采场进行了试验。跟班标定结果表明:该采矿方法回收率较高(达到94.18%),崩落矿石块度良好,与分析情况基本吻合,可有效解决此类急倾斜中厚矿体开采难题。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems existing in the practical production of Xilinhaote fluorite mine, such as the difficulty of mining, poor safety conditions and low production efficiency, the mining scheme of sublevel caving method without bottom pillar of high wall is put forward, which can be excavated at the same time with multiple working surfaces and filled with waste rock from overburden rock drawing. The caving parameters suitable for this kind of orebody are given. Through the surface monitoring and laboratory test, the variation law of the rock movement of the edge wall of the collapse pit is studied, and the method of synergetic drainage and filling is put forward to enhance the stability of the side wall and the bulk pile. Based on this, tests were carried out in the test stope of Xishi Fluorite Mine. The calibration results show that the mining method has a high recovery rate (94.18%) and a good lump size of caving ore, which is in good agreement with the analysis, and can effectively solve the mining problem of this kind of steeply inclined medium thick ore body.
