JS铁矿采矿生产管理改善的研究

【摘要】:当下,中国钢铁企业面临的市场环境异常严峻,产能过剩、需求萎缩及原材料价格上涨给企业带来极大的生产运作压力。相对而言,拥有自己的铁矿原料基地是国内众多钢铁企业的竞争优势之一,矿山企业在所属集团公司内部挖潜增效策略的要求下,必须进一步提高企业生产运作管理水平,为母公司生产输送更多高质量、低成本的铁矿石原料。本文首先分析了我国钢铁企业面临的形势、铁矿石原料的供应情况及铁矿山企业的采矿生产管理情况,并以JS铁矿采矿部为具体案例,通过研究分析、理论联系实际,在生产计划、生产组织、生产调度和倒班模式方面,为其设计制定了一套生产管理优化改善的具体方案,以帮助其在现有的人力资源、设备设施和作业环境下,顺利完成全年生产预算,为所属集团公司提供更多优质的铁矿原料。国内铁矿山企业在生产运作方面存在的问题大部分是类似的,因此本文研究制定的生产管理改善办法可以为同行提供参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:At present, the market environment facing Chinese steel enterprises is extremely severe, with overcapacity, shrinking demand and rising raw material prices bring great pressure to the production and operation of Chinese steel enterprises. Comparatively speaking, having its own iron ore raw material base is one of the competitive advantages of many iron and steel enterprises in China. Mining enterprises must further improve their production and operation management level under the requirements of the strategy of tapping potential and increasing efficiency within their own group companies. For the parent company to produce more high-quality, low-cost iron ore raw materials. This paper first analyzes the situation faced by iron and steel enterprises in China, the supply of iron ore raw materials and the mining production management of iron ore mountain enterprises, and takes JS Iron Mine Mining Department as a specific case, through research and analysis, connecting theory with practice, In terms of production planning, production organization, production scheduling and shift mode, a set of concrete plans for optimization and improvement of production management has been developed for its design to help it in its existing human resources, equipment facilities and operating environment. Successful completion of the full year production budget for the group to provide more quality iron ore raw materials. Most of the problems existing in the production and operation of domestic iron mine enterprises are similar, so the production management improvement method studied in this paper can provide reference and reference for peers.
