基于pH值温度补偿法的煤矿突水监测技术研究

【摘要】:为了准确监测煤矿井下突水水源水质的变化,消除温度对pH值的影响,在传统pH值监测煤矿突水水源的基础上,提出了基于PSOR迭代算法的pH值温度补偿模型,为煤矿突水预警提供了新依据。该方法采用了曲线拟合的方法对几种常见煤矿突水水源建立了E-pH值模型,且进行了相关数据处理,最终应用于奥灰水、1煤层顶板砂岩水、9煤层顶板砂岩水的pH值监测。试验结果表明:在3种水样温度分别为5、15、25、35、45℃五种情况下时,传统方法水样pH值误差最大,为0.85,有温度补偿水样pH值最大差值仅为0.13。该方法的应用有效克服了传统温度测量存在误差较大的缺点,通过PSOR法对pH值进行温度补偿,能够实现对溶液pH值的精确测量。
[Abstract]:In order to accurately monitor the change of water quality and eliminate the influence of temperature on pH value, a temperature compensation model of pH value based on PSOR iterative algorithm is proposed on the basis of traditional pH monitoring of water inrush source in coal mine. It provides a new basis for early warning of water inrush in coal mines. This method adopts curve fitting method to establish E-pH value model for several common coal mine water inrush water sources, and carries on the correlation data processing, and finally applies to the monitoring of the pH value of the roof sandstone water of the roof sandstone of Ordovician 1 coal seam.
