某金矿石选矿试验研究

【摘要】:对某金矿进行了选矿试验研究。原矿磨矿细度为-0.074 mm粒级占97.52%,采用碳酸钠、水玻璃、硫酸铜为调整剂,2~#油为起泡剂,丁铵黑药为捕收剂,通过一次粗选、两次扫选和两次精选闭路试验,获得了精矿金品位27.50 g/t、尾矿金品位0.15 g/t、精矿产率9.20%、金回收率94.89%的选别指标。
[Abstract]:An experimental study on the dressing of a gold deposit has been carried out. The grinding fineness of raw ore is -0.074 mm and the particle grade is 97.52. Sodium carbonate, sodium silicate and copper sulfate are used as foaming agent and butylammonium black as collector. The gold concentrate grade 27.50 g / t, tailings gold grade 0.15 g / t, concentrate yield 9.20% and gold recovery 94.89% were obtained.
