高帮大断面半煤岩巷道控制技术研究

【摘要】：针对新元煤矿高帮大断面半煤岩巷道的支护难题,通过对现场类似巷道调研分析变形破坏规律,同时进行现场地质力学参数实测,结合数值模拟分析高帮大断面半煤岩巷道一次掘进成巷与分次掘进成巷及工作面回采期间围岩应力分布特征,在此基础上提出了巷道分次掘进施工,并采用强力锚杆及锚索协同支护技术,通过现场试验,表明该支护方式可以有效控制巷道变形。
[Abstract]:In view of the difficult problem of supporting large section and half coal roadway in Xinyuan Coal Mine, the deformation and failure law of similar roadway is analyzed, and the field geomechanical parameters are measured at the same time. Combined with numerical simulation analysis, the stress distribution characteristics of surrounding rock during the mining of the roadway and the mining face are analyzed, and on the basis of this, the paper puts forward the construction of the roadway in the first time, and the sublevel of the roadway in the mining face, based on the analysis of the stress distribution characteristics of the surrounding rock during the mining. By using the technique of strong bolt and cable support, the field test shows that the supporting method can effectively control the deformation of roadway.
