煤炭企业绿色供应商评价与选择研究

【摘要】:“十三五”时期,煤炭企业面临的国际国内环境比之往年更加复杂多变,企业之间的竞争愈发激烈。世界能源结构逐渐向着清洁环保、低碳节能的方向调整,清洁能源受到市场认可和青睐。过去长期作为主体能源的煤炭的消费比重日益降低,生产过剩日益严重,结构重组和去产能提上日程。过去粗放式的煤炭生产方式广受诟病,集约高效的生产方式已成为改革方向。国际国内市场和消费者的环境保护和资源节约意识大幅提高,可持续发展和循环经济的理念成为全球共识。生态环境问题的日益突出,迫使人类摒弃过去高投入、高消耗、高排放的发展方式,转而推动绿色增长,实施绿色新政,重视绿色供应链的研究和实践。因此,为了兼顾经济效益和环境效益,煤炭企业实施绿色供应链和向“绿色化”转变已经成为大势所趋,且刻不容缓。在这种背景下,本文以绿色供应链为视角,着重研究煤炭企业的物资供应商的评价和选择问题。首先归纳和回顾绿色供应链、供应商评价等方面的国内外研究现状,进而提出本文的研究思路和框架。其次,分析绿色供应链的基本内涵和特点,对“煤炭企业绿色供应链”的概念作了定义,同时总结和比较各种常用供应商评价方法,共同构成本文的理论依据。再次,详细分析煤炭企业践行绿色供应链的现状与必要性。接下来,根据质量、成本、服务、供应商竞争力水平、绿色指标五个准则,构建了考虑绿色供应链的煤炭企业供应商评价指标体系,并对各指标进行简要说明。然后,在对原始数据进行无量纲化处理的基础上,选用AHP和熵值法相结合,确定指标的综合权重,再用灰色关联分析法和TOPSIS法相结合,建立综合评价模型。最后,结合D煤炭企业的某次采购实例对上述模型进行验证和分析,证明其有效性和可行性。本文提出的“煤炭企业绿色供应链”的概念和GRAP-TOPSIS评价方法能丰富“绿色供应链”以及“供应商选择”相关课题的研究,对煤炭企业的绿色供应链管理起到一定的积极作用。
[Abstract]:During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the international and domestic environment faced by coal enterprises is more complex and changeable than in previous years, and the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. The energy structure of the world is gradually adjusted towards the direction of clean environmental protection and low carbon energy saving. Clean energy is recognized and favored by the market. In the past, the proportion of coal consumption as the main source of energy in the past has been decreasing day by day, the overproduction is becoming more and more serious, the structural reorganization and the deproduction capacity are on the agenda. In the past, extensive coal production has been widely criticized, intensive and efficient production has become the direction of reform. International and domestic markets and consumers' awareness of environmental protection and resource conservation have been greatly improved, and the concept of sustainable development and circular economy has become a global consensus. The problem of ecological environment is becoming more and more prominent, forcing people to abandon the past development mode of high investment, high consumption and high emission, to promote green growth, to implement green new policy, and to attach importance to the research and practice of green supply chain. Therefore, in order to take into account the economic and environmental benefits, the implementation of green supply chain and the transformation to "green" have become the trend of the times, and it is urgent for coal enterprises to implement green supply chain. In this context, this paper focuses on the evaluation and selection of material suppliers in coal enterprises from the perspective of green supply chain. Firstly, the research status of green supply chain, supplier evaluation and so on are summarized and reviewed, and then the research ideas and framework of this paper are put forward. Secondly, this paper analyzes the basic connotation and characteristics of green supply chain, defines the concept of "green supply chain in coal enterprises", and summarizes and compares various common supplier evaluation methods, which constitute the theoretical basis of this paper. Thirdly, the status quo and necessity of green supply chain in coal enterprises are analyzed in detail. Then, according to the five criteria of quality, cost, service, supplier competitiveness and green index, the evaluation index system of coal enterprise supplier considering green supply chain is constructed, and each index is explained briefly. Then, on the basis of dimensionless processing of the original data, AHP and entropy method are used to determine the comprehensive weight of the index, and then the grey relational analysis method and TOPSIS method are used to establish the comprehensive evaluation model. Finally, the above model is verified and analyzed by a purchasing example of D coal enterprise, which proves its validity and feasibility. The concept of "green supply chain" and the evaluation method of GRAP-TOPSIS put forward in this paper can enrich the research on "green supply chain" and "supplier selection", and play a positive role in green supply chain management of coal enterprises.
