钨尾矿在水泥胶砂中的应用

【摘要】:钨尾矿作为生产水泥的原料之一,既可以有效利用资源,又可以缓解水泥混合材供应紧张的局面。以湖南某钨尾矿为研究对象,采用机械及化学的方法对钨尾矿进行活化,并考察不同掺合量对水泥胶砂强度的影响。研究结果表明,采用磨矿方式对钨尾矿进行活化时磨矿细度对水泥胶砂的活性指数影响不明显;选用Ca O作激发剂可改善水泥胶砂的活性,活性指数达到67.65%。经活化后的钨尾矿掺合量为20%时,所制得的水泥满足PO.42.5水泥的要求,可用于混凝土浇灌。
[Abstract]:As one of the raw materials for cement production, tungsten tailings can not only utilize resources effectively, but also alleviate the shortage of cement mixture supply. Taking a tungsten tailings in Hunan as the research object, the tungsten tailings were activated by mechanical and chemical methods, and the influence of different admixtures on the strength of cement mortar was investigated. The results show that the grinding fineness has no obvious effect on the activity index of cement mortar when the tungsten tailings are activated by grinding, and the activity of cement sand can be improved by using Cao as activator, and the activity index reaches 67.65. When the content of activated tungsten tailings is 20%, the cement can be used for pouring concrete because it can meet the requirement of PO.42.5 cement.
