基于产生式系统的土地复垦评价

【摘要】:我国目前已处于工业化和城镇化加速发展阶段,面临的资源和环境压力十分严峻。煤矿开采对环境造成的破坏日益突出,包括对土地资源、水资源、空气等的破坏影响,其中因为煤矿开采,而造成了大面积土地资源塌陷,这严重影响和制约了经济和社会的发展。因此,采煤塌陷区土地复垦已成为我国可持续发展过程中的关键问题。 矿区土地复垦的基础工作是对待复垦的土地资源进行适宜性评价。土地复垦评价在我国已发展了近25年,评价方法的研究已渐趋于成熟,然而一方面由于土地复垦评价考虑的影响因素比较多,土地复垦报告中多采用条件极限法进行评价,不能综合考虑土地的特点,使得评价结果不够准确。另一方面在评价过程中由于评价单元过多,使得评价所需时间长,工作量大,效率低。为了解决上述两个问题,把产生式系统引入到了土地复垦评价中来。可以有效解决人工评价准确度不高、评价所需时间长、效率低的问题,并能进一步提高复垦评价的智能化。产生式系统是研究人工智能系统的最典型的体系结构之一,它是根据计算机数据库中存储的知识系统来快速准确地推理分析出问题的结论,,从而节省了评价时间、避免评价结果的人为因素,具有重要的现实意义。 本文主要研究了井工开采造成沉陷区的土地复垦评价。通过对土地复垦理论、土地复垦评价理论和产生式系统的研究,在掌握已复垦区域评价经验的基础上,设计山西省典型区域土地复垦评价的因子库。并依据土地复垦技术标准和其他领域的相关标准设计了土地破坏程度评价规则库、土地适宜性评价规则库。该系统利用VB语言、MapObject、SQL数据库作为开发平台。利用该系统可以进行技术评价和效益评价,系统可以根据不同评价区域给出合适的评价因子,然后通过人机交互的方式输入因子权重,从而进行土地复垦评价。利用山西某矿的实际数据对系统的有效性进行了评价验证,评价结果表明系统运行良好,结果与实际较为一致。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the stage of accelerating industrialization and urbanization, and the pressure of resources and environment is very severe. The damage to the environment caused by coal mining is increasingly prominent, including the damage to land resources, water resources, air and so on, in which large areas of land resources have collapsed as a result of coal mining. This seriously affects and restricts the economic and social development. Therefore, land reclamation in coal mining subsidence area has become a key problem in the process of sustainable development in China. The basic work of land reclamation in mining area is to evaluate the suitability of reclaimed land resources. The evaluation of land reclamation has been developed for nearly 25 years in China, and the research of evaluation methods has gradually become mature. However, because there are many factors affecting the evaluation of land reclamation, the conditional limit method is often used in the land reclamation report. The characteristics of the land can not be considered synthetically, so the evaluation result is not accurate enough. On the other hand, because of too many evaluation units in the evaluation process, the evaluation needs long time, heavy workload and low efficiency. In order to solve the above two problems, the production system is introduced into the land reclamation evaluation. It can effectively solve the problems of low accuracy, long time and low efficiency of artificial evaluation, and can further improve the intelligence of reclamation evaluation. Production system is one of the most typical architectures in the research of artificial intelligence system. It is based on the knowledge system stored in the computer database to quickly and accurately infer and analyze the conclusion of the problem, thus saving the evaluation time. It is of great practical significance to avoid the human factors of evaluation results. This paper mainly studies the land reclamation evaluation of subsidence area caused by well-work mining. Based on the study of land reclamation theory, land reclamation evaluation theory and production system, the factors database of land reclamation evaluation in typical regions of Shanxi Province is designed on the basis of mastering the experience of land reclamation regional evaluation. According to the technical standard of land reclamation and related standards in other fields, the evaluation rule base of land damage degree and the rule base of land suitability evaluation are designed. In this system, VB language MapObjectCSQL database is used as the development platform. The system can be used for technical evaluation and benefit evaluation. The system can give appropriate evaluation factors according to different evaluation areas, and then input factor weights through man-machine interaction to carry out land reclamation evaluation. The effectiveness of the system is evaluated and verified by using the actual data of a certain mine in Shanxi Province. The evaluation results show that the system is running well and the results are in good agreement with the actual situation.
