重构理论下采煤机牵引速度对滚筒载荷影响研究

【摘要】:为了研究实际工况下,牵引速度对采煤机滚筒工作载荷的影响,采用Tikhonov正则化方法,构建截齿载荷重构模型,并推演出牵引速度与截齿载荷关系,建立滚筒与牵引部相互耦合的动力学系统模型,运用数值仿真的方法对模型求解,并对结果运用数理统计方法得出不同牵引速度下采煤机滚筒三向力的均值及标准差,最后进行实验验证,结果表明仿真数据与实验数据的均值和标准差误差范围小于5%,验证了理论模型的正确性。
[Abstract]:In order to study the influence of traction speed on the working load of shearer drum under actual working conditions, a reconstruction model of gear cutting load was constructed by Tikhonov regularization method, and the relationship between traction speed and gear cutting load was deduced. The dynamic system model of the coupling between the drum and the traction part is established, and the numerical simulation method is used to solve the model. The mean value and standard deviation of the three-way force of the shearer drum under different traction speeds are obtained by using the mathematical statistics method. Finally, the experimental results show that the error range of the mean value and standard deviation between the simulation data and the experimental data is less than 5, which verifies the correctness of the theoretical model.
