万年矿9号煤大青灰岩老顶运动形式分析及工作面矿压规律研究

【摘要】:虽然我国煤炭行业还没有脱离寒冬期,但是作为每年消费量超过35亿吨煤炭的我国来说,不管是现在还是未来几十年,依然不会有撼动煤炭地位的新能源出现。所以研究煤炭开采新技术,提高煤炭开采的安全性,依然是摆在我国煤炭科技工作者面前的重要课题。坚硬石灰岩顶板在邯邢矿区发育较多,该类型顶板具有垮落步距大、来压显现强烈,并伴随有一定程度的冲击地压等特点,而且顶板的含水量也较大,对采煤工作面的安全生产造成一定的威胁。所以查明坚硬顶板的运动形式及运动规律,对指导井下生产、提高作业安全性具有很大的意义。本文以冀中能源峰峰矿业集团万年矿9#煤层的首采面13902工作面为实例,通过理论计算、分析井下支架压力数据和离散元(UDEC)数值模拟技术,确定了万年矿9#煤层老顶大青灰岩的运动形式及矿压规律,为该层煤以后的开采工作提供了有力的技术支持。通过分析得出以下结论:1.经过理论计算和结合工作面实际情况,得出大青灰岩老顶作来压属于不明显级别;2.老顶初次来压步距为40m,周期来压步距25m;3.老顶周期来压强度能达到3500-4000KN,接近或超过支架安全阀开启值的3700KN,因此造成安全阀开启频繁,从此可以看出该工作面支架选取存在不合理之处;4.文章分析了老顶压力持续较大的原因,主要在于老顶岩块断裂后紧密结合而不垮落,前后岩块之间存在较大向下方向的摩擦力。
[Abstract]:Although China's coal industry has not been out of the cold winter period, as the annual consumption of more than 3.5 billion tons of coal in China, no matter now or in the next few decades, there will still be no new energy to shake the status of coal. Therefore, the study of new coal mining technology to improve the safety of coal mining is still an important task for our coal science and technology workers. The hard limestone roof is more developed in Hanxing mining area. The roof of this type has the characteristics of large collapse step distance, strong coming pressure, and accompanied by a certain degree of impact ground pressure, and the water content of the roof is also large. It poses a certain threat to the safety production of coal mining face. So it is of great significance to find out the movement form and law of hard roof to guide underground production and improve the safety of work. In this paper, taking the first mining face 13902 face of 9# Coal seam in Wannian Coal Mine of Jizhong Energy Fengfeng Mining Group as an example, through theoretical calculation, the pressure data of underground support and the numerical simulation technology of discrete element (UDEC) are analyzed. The movement form and rock pressure law of Daqing limestone in the old roof of 9# coal seam in Wannian Coal Mine are determined, which provides a strong technical support for the mining work after the seam. The following conclusion is drawn from the analysis: 1. Through theoretical calculation and combined with the actual situation of the working face, it is concluded that the old roof pressure of Daqing limestone belongs to the unobvious grade 2. The first step distance of the main roof is 40 m, and the periodic pressure step distance is 25 m ~ 3. The pressure intensity of the main roof cycle can reach 3500-4000KN, which approaches or exceeds 3700KN of the open value of the support safety valve, which causes the safety valve to open frequently. From this, it can be seen that the selection of the support in the working face is unreasonable. This paper analyzes the reasons for the persistence of the roof pressure, which mainly lies in the tight combination of the main roof rock blocks after fracture without collapse, and the large downward friction between the front and back rock blocks.
