煤泥机械力化学法表面改性及应用研究

【摘要】:机械力化学法改性煤泥粉体,采用单因素试验方法得出优化的改性参数:硬脂酸为改性剂,改性剂用量2%(wt),改性时间120 min,球料比5:1,球磨转速200 r·min~(-1),料浆浓度150%(wt);在优化工艺条件下,硬脂酸改性样品的活化指数、煤泥粉体的中位径、吸油值和接触角分别为85.6%、3.3μm、32.2 g·(100 g)~(-1)和114.9°。通过红外光谱分析发现,硬脂酸和煤泥粉体发生了物理吸附和化学反应。对煤泥/PP(聚丙烯)复合材料力学性能测试表明,改性后的煤泥粉体提高了PP的抗弯曲性能和抗冲击性能,分别由31.8 MPa和3.1 k J·m~(-2)提高到37.6 MPa和3.5 k J·m~(-2)。煤泥粉体/PP复合材料冲击断面的SEM照片表明:煤泥粉体经过改性后,与PP的相容性明显加强。
[Abstract]:The physical adsorption and chemical reaction of stearic acid and coal slime powder were found by infrared spectrum analysis. SEM photos of impact section of coal slime powder / PP composite show that the compatibility of coal slime powder with PP is obviously enhanced after modification.
