基于离散元方法的双齿辊破碎机破碎过程仿真研究

【摘要】:本文采用的是离散元方法对双齿辊破碎机破碎过程的工作进行不同工况的仿真研究,通过对双齿辊破碎机不同入料粒度、物料强度和齿辊转速的多种工况进行研究分析,并研究满载启动工况和单颗粒破碎工况下双齿辊破碎机的破碎能力。重点针对该破碎机在其生产能力、破碎力矩、破碎功率等方面的破碎特性展开研究。 本文的主要研究内容如下: 1.介绍了选题的背景和选题的意义,并对双齿辊破碎机和离散元素法的国内外发展历程和现状做了简述。 2.阐述了双齿辊破碎机的破碎机理,并对辊齿的新型布齿方式进行了深入研究,重点基于其布齿方式对大块物料的破碎能力的影响选取合理的布齿方式;在单轴压缩的原理基础上进行了岩石的力学参数标定试验,并对试验结果进行了验证,建立了岩石的简化模型和离散元模型;建立了入料粒度的分布模型,对0-2000mm粒径范围内的物料建立了颗粒粘接岩石模型,并将其按照大粒径物料的数量分为两种物料粒度分布,结合所使用的大唐锡林浩特的物料特点将物料分为1.50-2.50MPa的低抗压强度物料和9.50-10.50MPa的高抗压强度物料;将齿辊分为15r/min、18.75r/min和21r/min的三种齿辊转速。 3.首先对材料的物理属性进行了大量的查阅和选取;对仿真求解模块中的仿真时间步长和碰撞检测网格的选取进行了研究;建立了岩石的替换文件,进行物料的生成与替换作业;对两种入料粒度、两种物料强度和三种齿辊转速的12种不同工况建立了仿真组,进行了仿真工作。 4.研究了双齿辊破碎机的仿真结果提取方法;对双齿辊破碎机的生产能力、输出力矩、输出功率等方面的破碎特性展开了研究,并与根据理论公式计算的结果进行了对比。 5.对双齿辊破碎机满载启动工况进行了仿真研究,将其破碎力矩与电机的额定力矩进行了对比,并研究了单颗粒破碎工况下双齿辊破碎机的破碎性能。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the discrete element method is used to simulate the crushing process of double-tooth roller crusher under different working conditions, and through the research and analysis of various working conditions of different feed granularity, material strength and tooth roll speed of double-tooth roller crusher. The crushing capacity of double tooth roller crusher under full load start-up condition and single particle crushing condition was studied. The crushing characteristics of the crusher in terms of its production capacity, breaking moment and crushing power are emphatically studied. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1.
