螺旋扭曲扁管料浆输送流阻特性

【摘要】:为解决小倍线充填中的剩余压头过大问题,基于工程流体力学、料浆自流输送模型等理论,提出了利用螺旋扭曲扁管来消耗深井充填管道输送系统剩余压头的方案。当料浆流速为2m/s时,螺旋扭曲扁管横截面上的纵向涡量值比圆管高出了2个数量级,由此造成的垂直于主流方向的纵向旋转分速度和二次旋流是螺旋扭曲扁管增阻的主要原因;螺旋扭曲扁管的扭曲程度越大,随料浆流速和黏性系数的增加,充填料浆的沿程阻力损失增大的速度越快,增阻效果越好;当螺距S≤1.0 m或者横截面长短轴之比A/B≥1.60时,螺旋扭曲扁管具有较好的增阻效果。
