煤巷工作面突出预测钻孔动力现象演化机制及关联性探讨
[Abstract]:In order to improve the accuracy of outburst prediction in coal roadway working face, the evolution mechanism of common dynamic phenomena such as jetting hole and drilling jam in outburst prediction drilling is studied. Based on the theoretical formula of borehole wall displacement, this paper discusses the influencing factors that may lead to the failure of borehole instability, and then analyzes the causes of the phenomenon of hole jetting and drilling jam. Then it describes the mechanical conditions and evolution process of the jetting hole phenomenon, and analyzes the possible types of drilling phenomenon, and makes use of a set of drilling device designed by ourselves to simulate the outburst prediction in coal roadway. The coal samples of different coal ranks are used in the laboratory to make them adsorb the coal seams with different pressures and different pressures to simulate the coal seams with different outburst risks, and the outburst prediction boreholes are constructed in the simulated coal beds, and the jetting holes are made. The relationship between salient risk and common dynamic phenomena, such as drilling, and their association are studied. The results show that under the condition of the same gas pressure rising gradient, the probability of outburst of coal adsorbed COs _ 2 is greater than that of adsorbing N _ (2). With the increase of dangerous degree of coal seam outburst, the amount of cuttings will suddenly increase, and the jetting hole will occur, and the frequency of drilling jam will increase. It is indicated that the phenomenon of drilling with prominent danger is often accompanied by the phenomenon of blowout, which forms a linkage system and is triggered successively.
