矿井提升机关键运行信息远程监测系统研究

【摘要】:矿井提升机作为煤炭综采工作中重要的一环,不仅担负着煤炭开采资源的外输任务,还是矿井内外人员和物资互通的关键通道,但其恶劣工作环境导致工作部件易发生故障,严重时威胁煤矿的安全生产,因此对提升机工况进行监测以及时发现其故障隐患显得尤为重要。目前针对提升机运行工况的远程监测研究发展比较缓慢,实际监测效果带给提升机故障发生情况的改善难以与提升机在煤矿安全生产中的重要地位相匹配,其具有较大深入空间。 本文通过对提升机基本结构、工作原理和运行故障深入分析,详细剖析提升机在运行过程中各系统工作过程和安全运行的具体要求,进一步分析常见故障间的关系,遴选出能够表现提升机运行状态的采集参量。针对网络传输稳定性导致数据传输能力受限的问题和地域局限性导致管理人员查看不便捷的问题,根据工况下矿井提升机运行状态特点,分别阐述了基于GPRS和Web的远程监测的理论研究和实际应用的意义,提出基于“终端采集+无线传输+Web发布”的提升机运行状态远程监测模式,通过将GPRS网络技术和Web页面技术引入与结合运用构建了提升机运行状态终端采集与远程监测一体化实用系统。 本文以C8051F单片机和GPRS为基础对监测系统软硬件结合设计,提取电流、压力、温度等运行信息作为系统采集参数,,硬件部分完成设备选型和平台搭建,软件部分完成GPRS数据接收软件和Web远程监测平台的开发及数据库的设计。整合实验室现有资源搭建提升机监测平台,将实时采集数据按预定格式打包通过GPRS模块发送至网络中心,利用开发软件接收数据并存入网络中心服务器,并通过Web发布监测信息。开发的远程监测平台完成提升机关键运行信息数据的接收、处理和显示等功能。 本课题将远程监测与现代通信技术相结合,搭建了一套基础性的基于单片机和无线网络的提升机关键运行信息远程监测系统,并进行实验论证和系统测试。试验表明,该系统可实现提升机远程监测系统的功能要求,且系统运行稳定可靠,达到了预设目标,对不同领域的实体应用具有广阔的前景和重要的实际意义。
[Abstract]:As an important part of fully mechanized coal mining, the mine hoist is not only responsible for the task of transporting coal mining resources, but also a key channel for the intercommunication of personnel and materials inside and outside the mine. However, its poor working environment leads to the failure of working parts. It is very important to monitor the working condition of hoist in order to find the hidden trouble in time. At present, the remote monitoring research on the running condition of hoist is slow, and the actual monitoring effect brings about the improvement of the fault of hoist, which is difficult to match with the important position of hoist in coal mine safety production. It has a large depth of space. In this paper, the basic structure, working principle and operation failure of the hoist are analyzed in depth, and the specific requirements of the working process and safe operation of each system in the operation process of the hoist are analyzed in detail, and the relationship between the common faults is further analyzed. The collection parameters which can represent the running state of the hoist are selected. In view of the problem that the stability of network transmission leads to the limitation of data transmission ability and the limitation of region causes the managers to view inconvenient problems, according to the operating state characteristics of mine hoist under working conditions, This paper expounds the theoretical research and practical application significance of remote monitoring based on GPRS and Web, and puts forward the remote monitoring mode of hoist running status based on "Web issue of terminal collection and wireless transmission". By introducing GPRS network technology and Web page technology, a practical system of collecting and remote monitoring of hoist running state terminal is constructed. Based on C8051F single chip computer and GPRS, this paper designs the hardware and software of the monitoring system, extracts the running information of current, pressure and temperature as the system parameters, and completes the equipment selection and platform construction in the hardware part. The software part completes the development of GPRS data receiving software and Web remote monitoring platform and the design of database. Integrating the existing resources of the laboratory to build the hoist monitoring platform, the real-time data collection is packaged and sent to the network center through GPRS module according to the predetermined format, and the data is received by the development software and stored in the network center server. And the monitoring information is published through the Web. The remote monitoring platform is developed to receive, process and display the key operation information of hoist. Based on the combination of remote monitoring and modern communication technology, a basic remote monitoring system of hoist key operation information based on single chip microcomputer and wireless network is set up, and the experiments and system tests are carried out. The test results show that the system can meet the functional requirements of the remote monitoring system of hoist, and the system runs stably and reliably, achieves the preset goal, and has broad prospects and important practical significance for the application of entities in different fields.
