煤泥提质工艺参数优化研究

【摘要】:煤泥是煤炭洗选加工的副产品,热值约为12~21MJ/kg,高于煤矸石、污泥、低阶煤等劣质染料;煤泥产量大,约为煤炭开采量的7%~14%,处理不当会对环境造成巨大污染、对能源造成巨大浪费。因此,发展、完善煤泥深度提质利用技术具有广泛的前景及必要性。课题以内蒙古串草圪旦煤矿洗选煤泥为研究对象,分别从干燥脱水、热解脱氧、分选脱灰的角度对煤泥深度复合提质过程进行研究,优化各过程关键参数并初步拟定煤泥深度复合提质工艺,进行经济性估算,研究的主要内容如下:1)对串矿煤泥进行工业分析、元素分析、粒度分析、红外光谱分析、X射线衍射分析等煤泥基础性质评价,研究结果表明:煤泥滤饼水分为28.74%,内水分为3.71%,煤泥水分大多以游离水的形式吸附在煤泥颗粒表面;煤泥粒度较细,主导粒级为0~75μm,含量约为60.98%;煤泥中灰分含量高且主要为高岭土等粘土矿物。2)通过非等温热重实验、恒温干燥实验对散状煤泥的理想干燥特性及团状煤泥的工艺干燥特性进行研究。目标水分为15%时,确定实验条件下煤泥干燥的最优温度区间为180~200℃,干燥时间为5~10min,粒径为8~10mm。3)对干燥煤泥进行等温和非等温条件下的热解特性实验研究,并对热解半焦表面官能团结构进行FTIR分析,研究结果表明:热解反应剧烈温度区间为400~600℃、时间区间为10~20min。在450℃时热解反应速率最大,C-H、C=O官能团以挥发分的形式脱除,C-H的脱除导致大量烃类气体析出,C=O的脱除导致半焦的水分复吸特性有所改善。4)基于煤泥热解半焦的可选性优化热解参数,研究结果表明:热解使煤泥半焦的密度差更明显,分选特性得到改善。随着热解温度、时间的增加分选特性提高,且温度对分选特性的影响程度大于时间,确定最优热解参数为热解温度550℃、热解时间20min。5)煤泥深度复合提质工艺初步拟定及经济性估算。
[Abstract]:Coal slime is a by-product of coal washing and processing, and its calorific value is about 12 ~ 21MJ / kg, which is higher than that of coal gangue, sludge, low-rank coal and other inferior dyes. Therefore, it is necessary and promising to develop and improve the technology of coal slime utilization. In this paper, the coal slime in Cangcao Gedan Coal Mine, Inner Mongolia, is taken as the research object, and the process of coal slime depth compound extraction is studied from the angles of drying, dehydration, pyrolysis and deoxidation, separation and deashing, respectively. The key parameters of each process are optimized and the process of coal slime depth compound quality is preliminarily drawn up for economic estimation. The main contents of the study are as follows: 1) Industrial analysis, element analysis, particle size analysis of coal slime, The basic properties of coal slime were evaluated by infrared spectrum analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis. The results show that the slurry filter cake water is divided into 28.74 and 3.71, and the slime water is mostly adsorbed on the surface of the slime particles in the form of free water, and the slime size is fine, The main particle size is 0 ~ 75 渭 m, the content is about 60.98, the ash content in the coal slime is high and the clay minerals such as kaolin are mainly used. The ideal drying characteristics of the granular slime and the technological drying characteristics of the agglomerated slime are studied by non-isothermal thermogravimetric experiment and isothermal drying experiment.
