煤存储过程中结构变化的红外光谱研究

【摘要】:煤在存储过程中会发生低温氧化,使煤炭质量下降,如果发生自燃将会造成更大的热值损耗。为深入研究与分析煤存储过程中微观结构变化,在江油电厂进行了煤堆存储试验,定期取煤样在实验室进行红外光谱检测。通过对煤样的红外光谱谱图和差示光谱谱图的分析,发现—CH_3、—CH_2—、—C=C—类官能团的数量减少,醇、酚、醚、酯氧键官能团和—OH基团的数量增加,并利用差谱分析的结果对煤堆存储过程中的宏观现象进行了解释。煤存储时可采用分层碾压的方法降低煤堆孔隙率,同时加强监测以防止煤低温氧化导致煤堆自燃。
[Abstract]:Coal will be oxidized at low temperature in the storage process, which will decrease the quality of coal. If spontaneous combustion occurs, it will cause a greater loss of calorific value. In order to study and analyze the microstructure of coal storage process, coal storage tests were carried out in Jiangyou Power Plant. Based on the analysis of the infrared and differential spectra of coal samples, it was found that the number of C-like functional groups decreased and the number of alcohols, phenols, ethers, ester oxygen bond functional groups and -OH groups increased. The macroscopic phenomena in the process of coal storage are explained by the results of differential spectrum analysis. The stratified compaction method can be used to reduce the porosity of coal pile and strengthen monitoring to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal pile caused by low temperature oxidation of coal.
