从白云鄂博稀土尾矿回收铁的新工艺

【摘要】:根据弱磁性白云鄂博稀土尾矿在N_2环境下升温-降温过程中磁化率的变化,确定尾矿经磁化焙烧、弱磁选回收铁的可行性。对样品进行原位XRD分析进一步证实了在升温过程温度升至580℃时Fe_3O_4开始出现。通过大量实验,在N_2气氛、无任何添加还原剂的情况下直接磁化焙烧,之后用弱磁选回收铁,发现在焙烧温度800℃,磁选粒度在-45~+74μm之间时,精矿中的TFe由尾矿的17%提高到61.5%,实现了76.8%回收率的良好指标。
