豫西松软煤层掘进工作面低指标突出机理及应用研究
[Abstract]:In this paper, the low index outburst of soft coal mining face is selected as the research object, and the mining face of No. 1-21010 machine roadway in a mining area in the west of Henan Province is taken as the research background. In this paper, the low index outburst of soft coal mining face is analyzed theoretically, and the mechanism of outburst initiation and development is studied. The action mechanism of surrounding rock stress, gas pressure and coal seam physical properties on outburst is analyzed. Comparing the width of the limit equilibrium zone (plastic zone) in front of the heading face under different conditions, the degree of displacement, deformation and failure of surrounding rock, and the distribution of stress, etc. The low index outburst of driving face in soft coal seam is studied systematically. According to the research conclusion, the paper studies the technology of preventing outburst in soft coal mining face, and designs the relevant measures to prevent outburst. The main research results are as follows: (1) the mechanism of influencing factors of low index outburst in soft coal seam is analyzed. The low index outburst is classified as follows: (2) the relationship between the outburst risk and the width of the limit equilibrium zone (plastic zone) in front of the working face is established. The greater the width of the limit equilibrium zone, the greater the outburst risk; On the contrary, the smaller the outburst risk is; (3) through numerical simulation and comparison, it is found that the softer the coal quality is, the greater the outburst risk is; the greater the outburst risk is with the thickness of coal seam; under the same conditions, (4) the study of outburst prevention technology measures shows that strengthening support for surrounding rock of roadway and reasonable selection of roadway arrangement can effectively reduce the displacement and deformation of surrounding rock and reduce the distribution range of plastic zone. Reduce the degree of stress concentration, and then reduce the danger of tunneling face outburst.
