硅孔雀石活化浮选研究进展

【摘要】:活化剂对硅孔雀石的浮选效果具有重要的影响。因而,开发及利用新型表面活化剂浮选硅孔雀石受到广泛地关注。铵(胺)盐的组合使用不仅可以有效地提高选别指标又可降低选矿成本。本文介绍了硅孔雀石的矿石性质及常见的活化浮选法,重点介绍了铵-胺盐的硅孔雀石活化浮选方法及作用机理。提出了进一步深入探索其活化机理、完善组合药剂制度的研究方向和绿色高效组合新型活化剂的发展趋势。
[Abstract]:The activator has an important effect on the flotation effect of malachite. Therefore, the development and use of a new surface activator for the flotation of siliceous malachite has received extensive attention. The combined use of ammonium salt can not only improve the separation index but also reduce the dressing cost. In this paper, the ore properties of siliceous malachite and the common activated flotation methods are introduced, and the activated flotation method and the action mechanism of ammonium amine salt are emphatically introduced. The research direction of further exploring its activation mechanism, perfecting the combination pharmaceutical system and the development trend of new green and efficient combination activators are put forward.
