溢流分流两段旋流器分选分级效果试验研究

【摘要】:基于多溢流管旋流器的概念,结合前人对煤泥旋流重选柱的研究,开发了一种新型两段旋流器分选分级装置,一段溢流经分流后一部分直接由一段溢流管排出,另一部分沿切线由侧溢流出口进入二段旋流器进行再一次分级,可一次给料同时实现一段底流排矸,二段底流出精煤,一、二段溢流排细泥的目的。以麻家梁选煤厂粒度-3 mm煤泥为研究对象,分别对一段溢流管插入深度和侧溢流连接口径进行了试验研究。结果表明:以上试验条件对该装置的分选分级效果均有显著影响,要保证一段分选分级效果,溢流管插入深度不能超过套筒深度;过大的连接口径会造成二段底流精煤灰分偏高和二段旋流器分级性能下降。
[Abstract]:Based on the concept of multi-overflow cyclone and combined with previous researches on coal slime cyclone, a new type of separation and classification device for two-stage cyclone is developed. One section of overflow is discharged directly by a section of overflow pipe after shunting. The other part of the tangent line from the side overflow outlet into the two-stage cyclone for another classification, can feed at the same time to achieve a section of bottom flow waste, two stage bottom flow out of clean coal, the first and second stage overflow discharge of fine mud purposes. Taking the size 3-mm slime of Majialiang Coal preparation Plant as the research object, the penetration depth and the side overflow connection caliber of a section of overflow pipe were studied. The results show that the experimental conditions above have a significant effect on the separation and classification effect of the device. To ensure the separation and classification effect of one stage, the insertion depth of the overflow pipe can not exceed the sleeve depth. Too large connecting caliber will result in high ash content of two-stage bottom flow clean coal and poor classification performance of two-stage hydrocyclone.
