可无线充电的锂电池矿灯设计

【摘要】:为了解决矿灯因锂电池容量有限而无法长时间工作及在井下充电存在安全隐患等问题,设计了一种可无线充电的新型锂电池矿灯。该矿灯既可在煤矿井上采用矿灯充电架充电,又可在井下采用无线电能传输技术充电。在井下,矿灯无线充电器底座内的无线电能发射电路将电能转换为电磁波发射到周围空间中,矿灯内部的无线电能接收电路通过线圈耦合电磁波信号并将其转换为5V直流信号,再通过专门的高精度充电电路为矿灯锂电池充电。测试结果表明,该矿灯无线传输电能转换效率高,充电过程符合锂电池的充电特性,且安全性好。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that mine lamp can not work for a long time because of the limited capacity of lithium battery and the hidden danger of underground charging, a new type of mine lamp with lithium battery can be recharged wirelessly is designed. The lamp can be charged by both lamp charging rack and radio energy transmission technology. In the underground, the radio energy transmitting circuit in the radio charger base of the mine lamp converts the electric energy into the electromagnetic wave and emits it into the surrounding space. The radio energy inside the mine lamp receives the electromagnetic wave signal coupling through the coil and converts it to the 5V DC signal. Then charge the lamp lithium battery through a special high-precision charging circuit. The test results show that the power conversion efficiency of the lamp is high, the charging process accords with the charging characteristics of lithium battery, and the safety is good.
