煤矿紧急避险设施用锂离子蓄电池安全要求分析

【摘要】:为解决目前煤矿井下紧急避险设施用锂离子蓄电池安全应用方面缺乏针对性研究的现状,基于紧急避险设施实际应用需求,充分吸收、借鉴现有研究与应用成果的基础上,选择紧急避险设施中普遍应用的60 A·h矿用磷酸铁锂蓄电池为研究对象,针对电池正极与隔膜等材料的优选、最大允许使用容量的合理限制、安全性能检测检验方法的确定以及充放电循环后的安全性判定等,影响锂离子蓄电池安全性的诸多方面,进行大量测试方法研究与对比试验分析,提出电池材料选择、检测检验等方面的特殊安全要求,为锂离子蓄电池在紧急避险设施中安全应用提供依据。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the lack of targeted research on the safety application of lithium ion battery for underground emergency shelter facilities in coal mine, based on the actual application needs of emergency shelter facilities, the paper fully absorbs, and draws lessons from the existing research and application results. The 60Ah iron phosphate lithium phosphate battery, which is widely used in emergency shelter facilities, is chosen as the research object. Aiming at the optimum selection of materials such as positive electrode and diaphragm of the battery, the maximum allowable capacity is reasonably limited. The determination of safety performance test method and the determination of safety after charging and discharging cycle, which affect the safety of lithium-ion battery, are studied and compared by a large number of test methods, and the selection of battery materials is put forward. The special safety requirements of detection and inspection provide basis for the safety application of lithium ion batteries in emergency shelter facilities.
