JK煤矿员工安全培训体系研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济发展速度的提升,安全生产要求也随之提高,煤矿企业的安全生产尤为突出,因此,必须使煤矿员工从思想深处认识到安全生产的重要性,并提高员工高安全生产的技能水准,为此,煤矿企业必须完善员工安全培训体系,强化员工安全培训。本文就JK煤矿安全培训体系的现状、存在的问题、优化的思路及实施保障进行了初步的研究。第一部分绪论。对本文研究的背景及意义、国内外研究综述及研究内容进行了分析。第二部分员工培训体系的相关理论。对员工培训体系的涵义、员工的培训与开发类型、员工培训体系的组成、员工培训体系的发展趋势等进行了论述。第三部分JK煤矿员工安全培训体系的问题。首先对JK煤矿进行了简要介绍,其次分析了JK煤矿员工安全培训体系中存在的问题。第四部分JK煤矿员工安全培训体系优化。从员工安全培训的需求识别、员工安全培训体系的组织实施、员工安全培训体系的效果评估三个层面提出了JK煤矿员工安全培训体系的优化措施。第五部分JK煤矿员工安全培训体系实施保障。从加强学习型文化建设,加大培训投入丰富培训资源,建立培训过程管理方案,完善工作机制保障培训效果四个方面提出了JK煤矿员工安全培训体系实施的保障措施。第六部分结论与展望。对全文的研究进行了总结并展望。本文的主要成果是提出了JK煤矿培训对象的考核标准和培训大纲的要求,同时参考培训对象的培训需求,结合企业在实际生产中可能遇到的危险源类型,在综合各类工作危险性和培训对象技能与培训需求的基础上制定针对性强的培训方案,并进一步检查培训方案的开展情况,对培训结果进行科学测评,根据结果制定相应的改进策略,提高培训的整体效能。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of the speed of economic development in our country, the requirement of safe production is also raised, and the safety production of coal mine enterprises is especially prominent. Therefore, it is necessary to make the coal mine employees realize the importance of safe production from the deep thought. Therefore, coal mining enterprises must perfect the staff safety training system and strengthen the staff safety training. In this paper, the present situation, existing problems, optimization ideas and implementation guarantee of JK coal mine safety training system are studied preliminarily. The first part is introduction. The background and significance of this study, the domestic and foreign research review and research content are analyzed. The second part is related theory of employee training system. This paper discusses the meaning of employee training system, the type of employee training and development, the composition of employee training system, and the development trend of employee training system. The third part of JK coal mine staff safety training system. Firstly, the paper briefly introduces JK coal mine, then analyzes the problems existing in JK coal mine employee safety training system. The fourth part of JK coal mine staff safety training system optimization. The optimization measures of JK coal mine staff safety training system are put forward from three aspects: identification of staff safety training requirements, organization and implementation of employee safety training system, and evaluation of staff safety training system. The fifth part of JK coal mine staff safety training system implementation guarantee. From four aspects: strengthening the construction of learning-type culture, increasing the investment of rich training resources, establishing the training process management scheme and perfecting the working mechanism to ensure the training effect, the paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of JK coal mine staff safety training system. The sixth part is conclusion and prospect. The research of this paper is summarized and prospected. The main achievement of this paper is to put forward the assessment standard and training outline of JK coal mine training object, at the same time, referring to the training needs of the training object, combining with the type of risk source that the enterprise may encounter in actual production, On the basis of synthesizing all kinds of job hazards and the skills and training needs of the training object, we should develop a highly targeted training programme, and further check the development of the training programme, and carry out a scientific evaluation of the results of the training. According to the results, formulate the corresponding improvement strategy, improve the overall effectiveness of the training.
