哈尔乌素露天煤矿端帮陡帮开采边坡稳定性分析

【摘要】:论文以哈尔乌素露天煤矿端帮边坡为研究对象,采用露天采矿学基本原理、边坡稳定性分析、数值模拟等技术手段,选取典型端帮剖面并结合岩体力学参数,并采用数值模拟软件对端帮边坡进行分析,确定了目前条件下哈矿的端帮边坡稳定性情况,并对端帮边坡角度进行优化研究,对边坡优化后的开拓运输系统进行优化。分析了露天煤矿端帮边坡的构成特征,从边坡岩体力学角度分析了边坡变形破坏的机理,结合哈尔露天煤矿的开采参数及特征,分别采用有限元强度折减法和三种极限平衡法对选取的剖面进行稳定性分析,确定有限元法计算结果能较好的反映各剖面的稳定性,南端帮SI-SI和SII-SII剖面稳定系数分别为1.38和1.36,北端帮NI-NI和NII-NII剖面稳定系数分别为1.14和1.20。采用单因素敏感性分析,确定了6#煤内摩擦角、粗砂岩②内摩擦角、粗砂岩①内摩擦角、995平盘宽度和粗砂岩①重度为影响哈尔乌素露天矿端帮边坡稳定性的关键因素;选取了三种水平作为敏感性分析基础,建立4因素3水平正交试验模型,分别计算了各方案的稳定性系数,确定各因素的敏感性排序分别为6#煤内摩擦角、粗砂岩②内摩擦角、995平盘宽度和粗砂岩①的重度。通过对哈尔乌素露天煤矿南北两端帮边坡的优化,以南帮顺层边坡和北帮逆层边坡的最低稳定系数分别为1.2和1.1,确定了南北端帮分别可以将端帮边坡角提高至41°和39°,可分别增大32万t和34.5万t煤炭产出量;并分析确定了采场中部搭桥内排运输通道作为哈尔乌素端帮边坡优化后的开拓运输系统。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the end slope of Halwusu opencast coal mine as the research object, adopts the basic principle of open pit mining, slope stability analysis, numerical simulation and so on, selects the typical end side profile and combines the rock mass mechanics parameter. By using numerical simulation software to analyze the end slope, the stability of the end slope in Harbin Mine is determined, and the angle of the end side slope is optimized to optimize the development and transportation system of the slope. This paper analyzes the composing characteristics of the end slope in open pit coal mine, analyzes the mechanism of slope deformation and failure from the angle of slope rock mechanics, and combines with the mining parameters and characteristics of Hal opencast coal mine. The finite element strength reduction method and three limit equilibrium methods are used to analyze the stability of selected sections, and it is determined that the results of finite element method can better reflect the stability of each section. The stability coefficients of SI-SI and SII-SII profiles are 1.38 and 1.36 in the southern end and 1.14 and 1.20 in the northern end respectively. Based on the single factor sensitivity analysis, the internal friction angle of 6 # coal, the 2 internal friction angle of coarse sandstone, the width of 995 flat plate of coarse sandstone 1 and the weight of coarse sandstone 1 are determined to be the key factors affecting the slope stability of the end slope of Halwusu opencast mine. Three levels are selected as the basis of sensitivity analysis, and the orthogonal test model of 4 factors and 3 levels is established. The stability coefficients of each scheme are calculated, and the sensitivity ranking of each factor is determined to be the internal friction angle of 6 # coal, respectively. The width of 995 flat disk of coarse sandstone 2 and the severity of coarse sandstone 1. By optimizing the slope between the north and the south of Halwusu opencast coal mine, The lowest stability coefficients of the south side slope and the north side slope are 1.2 and 1.1 respectively. It is determined that the north and south end slope can increase the slope angle to 41 掳and 39 掳respectively, and the coal output of 320000 t and 345000 t can be increased respectively. The internal transport passage of the bypass bridge in the middle of the stope is analyzed and determined as the development and transportation system after the optimization of the end slope of Halwusu.
