长安金矿地下采矿单元设计智能化算法研究

【摘要】:数字矿山技术的应用,使采矿设计的水平提升到了新的高度,在露天矿的设计中已实现了最优境界的参数化设计。而对于地下矿山的采矿设计,目前仍主要是依靠经验在二维平面上进行的。基于三维数字矿床模型,本论文针对长安金矿复杂多变矿体的情况,提出了地下矿山采矿单元设计的算法原理和运算步骤并据此开发了中段划分和矿块划分的计算机程序。该程序运算输出的结果借助三维矿业工程软件,可以实现地下矿床模型中段划分和矿块划分的自动化和可视化。本论文的研究核心是针对复杂矿体在垂直和水平空间进行矿块划分的算法设计,将矿体按中段与矿块两个步骤进行划分。中段划分的算法原理是,最小计算单元顺序组合平衡算法和矿量平衡原则。即首先将矿体按一定的高度进行最小计算单元的划分,然后再按照矿量平衡的原则对最小计算单元进行顺序组合;矿块划分的算法原理是,空间区段单元划分算法和最小长度原则。即针对某一中段,首先进行中段连续区域的划分,然后对某一个连续区域的矿体进行空间区段的划分,最后完成对矿块的划分。本论文针对长安金矿的实际地质资料,用所开发程序进行了地下采矿单元的划分,运用中段划分程序划分出了6个中段,分别输出了各个中段的标高、高度值、中段矿量、中段金属量和每个最小计算单元所含的矿量等结果;运用矿块划分程序针对中段划分结果中的1470中段进行矿块的划分,该中段划分出了 16个矿块,分别输出各个矿块的走向方位角、走向长度、倾角范围、平均倾角、平均厚度和平均品位等结果。
[Abstract]:With the application of digital mine technology, the level of mining design has been raised to a new level, and the parametric design of optimal boundary has been realized in the design of open-pit mines. The mining design of underground mines is still based on experience in two-dimensional plane. Based on the 3D digital ore deposit model, this paper presents the algorithm principle and operation steps of mining unit design for Changan gold mine, and develops the computer program for dividing the middle section and ore block according to the condition of complex and variable ore body in Changan Gold Mine. With the help of 3D mining engineering software, the program can realize the automation and visualization of the subdivision of the middle segment of the underground ore deposit model and the partition of the ore block. The core of this paper is to design the algorithm for dividing complex ore bodies in vertical and horizontal space. The orebodies are divided into two steps: the middle section and the ore block. The algorithm principle of the middle division is the sequential combination balance algorithm of the minimum computing unit and the ore quantity balance principle. That is to say, the orebody is divided into minimum calculation units according to a certain height, and then the minimum calculation units are combined sequentially according to the principle of ore volume balance. Spatial segment unit partition algorithm and minimum length principle. That is to say, for a certain middle section, the division of the continuous region of the middle section is carried out first, then the space section of the orebody of a continuous region is divided, and finally the division of the ore block is completed. According to the actual geological data of Changan gold mine, the underground mining unit is divided into six middle sections by using the developed program, and the elevation, height and ore quantity of each middle section are output respectively. The results of metal content in the middle segment and the amount of ore contained in each minimum calculation unit are used to divide the ore blocks into 16 ore blocks according to the 1470 middle section of the middle segment, which is divided into 16 ore blocks. The results of strike azimuth, strike length, dip range, average dip angle, average thickness and average grade of each ore block are outputted respectively.
