浮选起泡剂的研究进展

【摘要】:介绍了起泡剂的种类以及新型起泡剂研究现状,分析了国内外对浮选起泡剂的结构以及性能的研究。对气-液两相性能研究以及气-液-固三相的性能研究做了详细地描述,同时也对药剂与矿物作用机理的研究进行了概述。最后指出了起泡剂的发展趋势:应当减少天然起泡剂以及工业副产品起泡剂的应用,并配合现代设备和测试手段,合成起泡性能好、便于使用、适应性强的环境友好型起泡剂。
[Abstract]:The types of foaming agents and the research status of new foaming agents are introduced. The structure and properties of floatation foaming agents are analyzed at home and abroad. The gas-liquid two-phase performance and the gas-liquid-solid three-phase performance are described in detail, and the mechanism of the interaction between the agent and the mineral is also summarized. Finally, the development trend of foaming agent is pointed out: the application of natural foaming agent and industrial by-product foaming agent should be reduced, and the environment-friendly foaming agent with good foaming performance, easy to use and strong adaptability should be synthesized with modern equipment and test means.
