复杂矿井通风系统稳定性研究
[Abstract]:Scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on the stability of ventilation system, but many factors affecting the stability of ventilation system are more qualitative and less quantitative. Based on this, this paper analyzes the ventilation system stability from three main aspects: the ventilation network structure, the main ventilator and the external factors, and establishes the mathematical model of the ventilation system stability. Based on the analysis of the results of the network calculation, the air curtain control method is put forward, and the relationship between the angle of installation of single and double screens and the wind resistance performance is obtained through Fluent simulation and field experiments in suburban mines, which provides a new method for wind flow control in angular roadway. Through the field measurement and computer simulation of the impact of cage and mining car on the system under different operating conditions, it is concluded that the cage hoisting has no effect on the system, and the headwind operation of the mine car has certain influence on the system. However, the conclusion that atmospheric pressure and natural wind pressure change have great influence on the system is not as good as that of atmospheric pressure and natural wind pressure. Finally, through numerical simulation and noise spectrum analysis of different types of fans, it is proved that the fan has a specific noise characteristic spectrum, and the contrast analysis of fan noise characteristic spectrum can provide the basis for the early diagnosis of fan performance change.
