大倾角薄煤层新型高水材料巷旁充填沿空留巷技术研究

【摘要】:沿空留巷是通过技术手段将上一区段的运输平巷保留下来作为下区段回风平巷的一种无煤柱护巷技术,新型高水材料具有增阻速度快,抗变形能力强等巷旁充填体的良好性能,是理想的沿空留巷巷旁充填材料,随着沿空留巷技术的发展,该技术不断被推广应用到各类地质条件下的矿井。本文采用理论分析、数值计算以及现场实测等方法,对大倾角煤层沿空留巷围岩活动规律以及巷旁充填体稳定性进行分析研究,并结合庇山煤矿12050工作面机巷沿空留巷工业性实验,对利用新型高水材料在大倾角煤层条件下进行巷旁充填沿空留巷技术进行了研究。根据庇山煤矿地质与开采条件,对巷内加强支护方式、巷旁充填体的稳定性控制等进行了设计与实施,且在留巷期间与复采期间分别及进行了矿压观测,从而对沿空留巷效果进行分析研究。庇山煤矿通过利用新型高水材料巷旁充填技术,采取加强巷旁充填体稳定性的技术措施,成功实施了沿空留巷工程,缓解了采掘接替紧张问题,改善了矿井安全状况,提高了煤炭资源回收率,具有可观的经济效益和良好的社会效益。
[Abstract]:Gob-side entry retaining is a kind of non-pillar roadway protection technology by means of technical means to retain the transport roadway of the upper section as the return air roadway of the lower section. The new high-water material has the good performance of roadway filling body such as fast increase in resistance and strong resistance to deformation. It is an ideal filling material for gob-side entry retaining. With the development of gob-side entry retaining technology In this paper, the movement law of surrounding rock and the stability of roadway filling body in gob-side entry retaining in high dip seam are analyzed and studied by means of theoretical analysis, numerical calculation and field measurement, and the industrial experiment of gob-side entry retaining in 12050 working face of Bishan Coal Mine is carried out. Based on the geological and mining conditions of Bishan Coal Mine, the reinforcement support method in the roadway and the stability control of the filling body near the roadway are designed and implemented, and the rock pressure observation is carried out during the roadway retaining and re-mining. By using the new high water material roadside filling technology and adopting the technical measures to strengthen the stability of the roadside filling body, Bishan Coal Mine has successfully implemented the gob-side entry retaining project, alleviated the shortage of mining and excavation replacement, improved the mine safety condition, and raised the coal resource recovery rate, which is considerable. Economic benefits and good social benefits.
