大佛寺煤矿近距离煤层防灭火技术研究

【摘要】:本文针对大佛寺煤矿40107工作面和上覆采空区40104工作面为研究对象,利用大型煤自然发火实验和程序升温实验,对大佛寺矿煤的自燃特性进行了研究,从实验可以看出:按井下25℃的围岩温度计算,40107工作面煤样实际最短自然发火期为31天;该层煤的临界温度为50~60℃,干裂温度约为90~100℃;给出了该层煤自燃预测预报指标体系;确定了煤自燃的极限参数。采用束管检测的方法,测试了 40107工作面采空区气体分布规律,结合实验得出了该工作面采空区的自燃“三带”分布规律。系统分析了大佛寺矿近距离煤层开采的自燃规律,综合利用隅角堵漏风技术、注氮防灭火技术、注胶防灭火技术及阻化剂等技术,取得了良好的防灭火效果。给出了粉煤灰堵漏风用量的计算方式及注氮流量的计算方式,确定了注氮口位置及间距,给出了针对该工作面的注胶工艺及阻化剂施工工艺。达到了防止采空区遗煤氧化自燃的目的,保证了工作面的安全回采,取得了良好的经济效益。
