金川镍矿废弃物在充填采矿中利用现状与展望

【摘要】：金川镍矿深井与贫矿充填法开采面临采矿经济效益和环境保护压力。利用废弃物开发低成本和高性能充填胶凝材料,对于提高采矿经济与社会效益与金川矿山可持续发展具有重要意义。首先,调查金川公司废弃物现状及资源化利用存在的问题;然后,总结分析金川矿山废弃资源开发利用研究进展与技术进步成果;在此基础上,提出金川固体废弃物在充填采矿中资源化利用的技术途径及关键技术,并给出在金川矿山充填采矿中资源化利用研究技术路线;最后,展望金川矿山实现废石、废渣、尾砂等固体废弃物资源化利用经济效益与发展前景。
[Abstract]:The mining of deep well and lean filling in Jinchuan nickel mine is faced with economic benefit and environmental protection pressure. The development of low cost and high performance filling cementitious materials with waste is of great significance to improve the economic and social benefits of mining and the sustainable development of Jinchuan mine. First of all, investigate the current situation of the waste and the problems in the utilization of the waste in Jinchuan Company. Then, summarize and analyze the research progress and technological progress of the exploitation and utilization of the abandoned resources in Jinchuan Mine; on the basis of this, This paper puts forward the technical approach and key technology of the reuse of Jinchuan solid waste in filling mining, and gives the research route of resource utilization in the backfill mining of Jinchuan Mine, finally, it looks forward to the realization of waste rock and waste slag in Jinchuan Mine. Economic benefit and Development Prospect of Recycling and Utilization of solid waste such as tailings.
