爆破工程安全评估系统化管理研究及软件开发

【摘要】:从国家要求对爆破作业项目全面开展爆破工程安全评估至今不到三年的时间,在爆破工程安全评估方面还没有形成一套比较成熟的管理系统,而各地在具体爆破安全评估实施过程中也存在一定的问题。为了规范爆破工程安全评估市场,能为设计单位、施工单位、监理单位、审批单位以及其他有关单位提供一条便捷有效的安全评估管理途径,提高安全评估工作效率,本文从爆破工程施工方案设计的方法和组成内容出发,结合爆破工程安全评估的目的、内容、实施步骤和特点等安全评估基本知识,依据二级模糊综合评价法理论,主要从建立因素集、建立权重集、建立评价集、一级模糊综合评价、二级模糊综合评价、安全等级确定方法六个步骤入手建立了爆破工程安全评估系统化管理模型。同时,利用Java程序语言和MySQL数据库相关软件开发出了爆破工程安全评估系统化管理软件。利用计算机辅助技术开发出管理软件可以方便设计单位迅速完成设计方案的提交,可以方便评估人员迅速完成评估报告的撰写,可以方便专家对设计方案和评估结论进行安全性和合理性的评价,也可以方便监理工程师、建设单位、施工单位和审批单位迅速查阅安全评估的有关文件。这些都可以为爆破工程安全评估工作更加高效、有序进行提供保障,也可以为设计施工方案的安全性提供双重保障,从而有利于爆破作业项目的安全管理,使爆破工程安全评估工作实现系统化管理。
[Abstract]:From less than three years since the state requires the full development of blasting project safety assessment, a relatively mature management system has not been formed in blasting engineering safety assessment. However, there are some problems in the implementation of blasting safety assessment. In order to standardize the safety assessment market of blasting engineering, it can provide a convenient and effective way of safety assessment management for design units, construction units, supervision units, examination and approval units and other relevant units, and improve the efficiency of safety assessment work. Based on the basic knowledge of safety evaluation, such as the purpose, content, implementation steps and characteristics of blasting engineering safety evaluation, this paper starts from the method and composition of blasting engineering construction scheme design, and bases on the theory of two-stage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The systematic management model of blasting engineering safety evaluation is established from six steps: factor set, weight set, evaluation set, primary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and safety grade determination method. At the same time, the systematic management software of blasting engineering safety evaluation is developed by using Java program language and MySQL database software. Using computer aided technology to develop management software can facilitate the design organization to submit the design plan quickly, and also facilitate the evaluation personnel to write the evaluation report. It is convenient for experts to evaluate the safety and reasonableness of the design scheme and the evaluation conclusion, and also for the supervision engineer, the construction unit, the construction unit and the examination and approval unit to consult the relevant documents of the safety assessment quickly. All these can provide guarantee for the safety evaluation of blasting engineering more efficiently and orderly, and can also provide double guarantee for the safety of the design and construction project, which is beneficial to the safety management of the blasting project. The systematic management of blasting engineering safety evaluation is realized.
