采煤机螺旋滚筒设计系统的开发研究
[Abstract]:As the main equipment of comprehensive mining mechanization, drum shearer has the advantages of high yield, high efficiency and strong adaptability. It is widely used in coal mining under different geological conditions. As the main component of shearer, the design of spiral drum directly affects the performance of the whole machine. Because of the large degree of freedom and numerous design parameters, the application of parameterized design method is an effective way to improve the design quality and design efficiency of shearer drum. Based on the analysis of the principle and mode of gear cutting arrangement, the forming process and method of cutting sequence diagram and chip chart, the force of cutter cutting and the load model of roller, the relationship between various factors is deeply studied in this paper. On this basis, the visual interface is designed by using MATLAB GUIDE function, the corresponding software program is compiled, and the visual system for the design of shearer spiral drum is developed. By inputting the design requirements of the drum and the parameters of the coal and rock in the MATLAB GUIDE visual interface, the system can accomplish the visual design of the spiral drum of the shearer, and visualize the arrangement diagram of the cutter under various design parameters. The corresponding cutting sequence diagram, chip diagram and the load curve of the drum can be optimized. This paper introduces the design theory and method of the screw drum of shearer, and studies the influence of various working conditions on the cutting performance of shearer drum. The research and its results have a certain guiding effect on the design of shearer spiral drum. It is of great significance to improve the design quality and design level of the shearer drum and improve the cutting performance of the shearer.
